They sounded genuinely friendly and it was my deciding factor to book with them rather than with competitors. Shortly after, however, it started to go downhill. From my very first email I mentioned that there will be 4 passengers and we are fine with a Town Car (which is licensed to carry up to 4 passengers) but after my email confirming I wanted to book Lori told me I needed a SUV which obviously was much pricier. Only when I resisted, she then said the Town Car would be OK as well (subject to 4 medium/large sized cases, which we have and which I indicated from the start)... Then, I sent over all details, only to find an email in my inbox saying: ''After further review with my managing partner, we decided to decline services. Thank you for your time.'' This is totally unprofessional practice and I did not receive any reason whatsoever as to why my bookings were not honored. I have not used their actual limo service but based on this highly unprofessional experience with their booking process I do not recommend Federal Limousine. I am one of the Partners of an independent travel company specializing in luxury, tailor-made travel. I value small businesses, however, this is the first time I came across such a lack of professionalism from any third party service provide. A real shame as my first impression was excellent.

After a long day of travel, with numerous flight delays, I was extremely pleased to have my driver waiting for me right outside of the terminal. He was courteous, friendly and even gave me a great local restaurant recommendation. It was well appreciated after a very long day of travel. I'll use this firm whenever i'm in South Florida.

Boat arrived in great shape and it was obvious from watching him maneuver and unload that he really knew what he was doing. He kept me in the loop with regular updates during transportation, and even dealt with the dealer temporary tags coming off enroute resulting in getting pulled over a couple times. I'll definitely use Squire Motor Sports again if I need a boat or similar shipped across country!

My Dad is 94 and my mother is frail. The owner took a great deal of time discussing their needs with me prior to booking and he followed through on every single promise. My parents left their bags in the kitchen and the driver took them from there. Once at the airport the driver took their luggage to the outside checkin and made sure Delta Airlines arrived curbside with two wheel chairs to take them to the gate! The same first class treatment occurred on the return. The next day the owner called me to ask how the experience was for Mom and Dad. Wow I have traveled the world and I don't ever recall better service. It is rare theses days! Oh and to top that, it was the best price too. This is one of those company's that actually cares. I hope they do well in that very competitive business. Lastly, my fathers shipped was bombed going to pick up injured soldiers, my dad suffered an injury that took decades to heal, and he did that so the rest of us Americans could live free. He has never asked for recognition and he is too humble to go on a victory tour but my Dad said he felt like a real hero watching his Granddaughter receive her college degree with the American flag behind her. This special moment was made even more special because for once my unassuming Dad got to feel like a rock star. PRICELESS

I decided to try Abe's because it seemed they managed their o n business with their own cars. (Check out the website) Well, good move. Good communications, super clean cars, and our driver Vladimir was exactly the kind of driver you want when you hire a car. We will use Abe's from now on. UPDATING REVIEW We contracted Abe's to take us to Port Everglades and then pick us up after our cruise. Just like the first time, flawless service. Will continue to use Abe's.
