They offer cold water for all passengers, as well as other amenities that we did not use. Driver met us at baggage claim on return and was very efficient. We received text messages the day before each pickup, and when our plane landed to let us know our ride was ready We will definitely be using this service any time we are in need of a limo!

Our flight arrived promptly at 6:00 PM but took 45 minutes for our luggage to arrive and for us to get to the pickup area. When the driver picked us up, he was visibly upset. He went on a long tirade that to avoid traffic, he left early ( 4:00 PM) but arrived earlier than expected (not my problem) and had been calling our phone but no answer. We quickly discovered that he was calling our home number and not the cell. He then complained that he had another pickup at 7:00 PM. He finally stopped when I had to interrupt stating that it must have been my fault that our luggage took so long and that we were personally responsible for his being late for his next appointment. 1) As stated above, not my problem that he showed up early. I'd rather be a whole lot early than a little bit late. 2) We gave them the correct numbers to call and when. We even confirmed with the office. Obviously their office communication with the field needs some serious work 3) Our flight landed at 6:00 PM, with off-loading, transit to luggage pickup, waiting for luggage and then travel back to the North Atlanta area, OTP; why in the world would you ever schedule another client for 7:00 PM???? I can tell that one thing was my fault; doing business with ride a limo. I think I would get better service and treated better if I were to ride a wild bull!

I've been on Ride a Limo a few times, and the Limo driver who usually comes is alright (hence 2…read morestars instead of 1), but the last time, I had such a terrible experience,I decided to never use this service again. First of all, the limo showed up an hour late - for an international flight, so you can imagine how stressful that was. Then the driver (not the same as the usual one), had trouble finding my house. As we left, he took off down the wrong side of the road (its a one way). All along the way he was talking on the phone- either to his manager, or to the next customer, to let them know that he would be late - and it wasn't hands free either. The drivers aren't apparently equipped with GPS's - which was possibly why he had trouble finding the way, but it also meant that I had to direct him along the fastest route to the airport with my phone. As we approached the airport, he had trouble reading the signs to get to the international terminal (!!!) and I had to tell him where to exit as well. I would have expected an airport limo driver to be familiar with all these, but in this case, apparently not. In the end, when it came to paying, he didn't know (or claimed not to know) how much the rate was. They've always preferred cash when it comes to paying, and I had cash, as I've never had any trouble before, but this time, he conveniently didn't have enough change, which left him with a larger tip than I'd planned (under the circumstances, I'd planned on no tip). Altogether, a terrible experience, and I won't be using this service again.

I called several places, read reviews etc. I called Mark and it was an instant connection and a knowing that he was the one to hire. He was outstanding!! He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home.
