A lady in the back of the bus with me contacted the Gainesville office and asked them to make the driver roll the windows down. She finally asked him 2x and he rolled the windows down which did not help because we were in bumper to bumper traffic on I-85. I along with all other passengers estimated the temperature in the shuttle to be over 100 degrees. Everyone was dripping sweat and per the manager whom I contacted after we arrived back in Gainesville, their policy is to stop the bus at an air conditioned location and have another shuttle come and pick up the passengers. He also lied and said that my phone call was the first he had heard about the issue, yet I heard the lady's conversation with the office, and another employee was waiting in the parking lot asking about the A/C issue when we arrived. The final drive time in this condition was 2 hours and 30 minutes. This was irresponsible, negligent, and extremely dangerous and I will never use this company again.

I found them on Yelp a long with one other company ( who did bother to return my call). I filled out their website questionnaire to receive quote and within one hour I was provided a confirmation that they could transport me from where I was to the airport and cost/price of the service. They asked me to call and provide my CC to reserve the appointment which would then be charged once the I was taken to the airport (no deposit). I took me a few hours to respond because I was in meetings but they didn't bug me and was otherwise courteous. They didn't give me any ultimatums. In the day of my appointment, my driver Jay arrived 10mins early, in a beautiful super clean and polished Cadillac Escalade SUV. One could tell the pride that was placed on the polish of the vehicle. Jay was personable and fun conversationalist perfect for someone outgoing like me. I should note, I was expecting a regular car but everything worked out so this driver and car could take me with no additional cost. There is an added cost if one specifically requests an SUV. Ultimately, got a very luxurious ride to the airport, and Jay made all the adjustments (because there is a ton of construction going) so that I got to my terminal early.
