I am a special education teacher who called this company inquiring about any potential discounts to set up transportation for the end of the year field trip for my students. I was not asking for free, just to hear pricing and options and the gentleman I spoke to was so incredibly RUDE, I was fuming after. He actually sent me to another limo company saying "well if the other company gave you that deal, I would just take them up on it." He did not ever give me any help or any prices and was very rude arguing with me about what another company offered. I never write poor reviews but this seriously infuriated me and I thought that maybe somebody would want to know how he spoke to a customer. Really enjoyed my experience with Limos-Inc. We had a dinner party outside the city and didn't want to worry about drinking and driving. So, we shared a limo with another couple. Price shopping showed Limos-Inc. as one of the least expensive options, but our experience was top shelf. Email communication beforehand was super. Driver was early and very courteous. This place is a total ripoff. We arranged a one way transfer for our wedding get away. The service was awful from the the word go. 1. The driver came and did not call or inform anyone that he was at the venue. Instead he just sat at the bar and charged his phone. 2. He left his car parked in the venue drive way blocking the entrance of the venue's parking lot. 3. When I located him to ask him to move the car to the right place and told him that we (the bride and groom will be out with the blowout in 10 minutes, he went back to the bar and sat with his phone again. I had to find him again and ask him why he wasn't in place. His started arguing that he was told in 10 minutes so he will go in 10 minutes. Isn't the job of the driver to wait in the car. Then he made a joke that maybe I will be better prepared at my next wedding. 4. Finally, I thought I had convinced him to move the car. So we got the wedding blowout party together and came out. There was no limo. It seems the driver was taking his own sweet time driving around. 5. He eventually came. Drove past us. We knocked on the car for him to stop. He did and as we tried to open the door, he started driving again. This happened multiple times. 6. Finally he stopped. He didn't come out of the car. He was supposed to bring out a red carpet. There was none. 7. When we finally hit the road. We asked him to turn up the privacy divider, he told us to figure it out ourselves. If you want rude incompetent service for a special day which will start to feel like a nightmare hire this company. read more

Great experience from the start. Elissa promptly returned emails and answered any questions I had. Even recommended a few wineries that were nice in the area and confirmed the appointment a couple days in advance. The limo driver, Victor, arrived 10 minutes early and was very polite. He drove us down and back from the winery and made sure we had everything we needed. He was a great driver all around. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is our Limos window tint was done horribly and was a bit of an eye sore. Other than that the limo was clean inside and outside. Our driver was prompt, taking the bridal party from the hotel to the church, and then from the church to the reception venue. However, when we got into the party limo bus at the church after the ceremony, it was not pre-chilled with AC on a warm day and I (the bride) started to sweat. When we asked the driver to turn on the AC, first we received heat blowing on us before asking again and getting it switched to AC. I would have preferred, since we were paying him to wait during the ceremony, that the limo was pre-chilled for my arrival. The bus had issues navigating the narrow streets in Georgetown, but did make it through. I had asked in advance if the bus would fit in the streets of Georgetown and was assured it would not be an issue. However, it did cause a bit of a delay for us getting to the reception venue. read more

This is actually the first bad review I have ever left in my life. We had 2 limos - one for the bridal party, and one for the grooms party. The grooms bus was supposed to arrive at 1:30, but by 2pm it still was still not there, so they all had to find their own rides to our wedding,. The driver said he got stuck in traffic, which I asked countless times that this company was familiar with traffic in the area. They both were there when the bridal party had to leave, so we got in the bus that we were supposed to ride in - which did not have AC (our wedding was in July) or music. . Our driver was unprofessional and unhelpful - said he did not know how to use the AC or music because he never drove that vehicle. I had to call the other limo (the empty one that was late) and have him pull over on a major highway, so the bridal party and parents could get onh his bus with AC. It not only didn't have AC, but was actually releasing hot air, and we were all sweating to death - on our way to our wedding. The bus we got off of without AC said that he would meet us at the church to give us our cooler and all our belongings. Welp, we got done with the ceremony, all excited to celebrate, and that bus was a no show. He had taken our cooler, with champagne, waters, beers, etc. He arrived hours later to the reception to drop off our cooler. Thank goodness the groomsmen still brought their cooler with champagne in it, even though they didn't ride on a bus. Otherwise we would've got done with our wedding, and had nothing. At the end of everything, the bus driver who was originally late, asked me not to leave a review. I realized that the reviews were not a representation of this company, therefore, I feel obligated to share this experience. Elissa was friendly, responsive, and professional, and she was pretty much the reason why I booked this company, and I was disappointed that our experience with Limos did not represent the same professionalism. Terrible experience. After we were dropped off at our function by the driver, he proceeded to look thru our bags we left in the limo. He found a bag that had alcohol in it and contacted a county police officer! When we returned to the limo, the police officer performed an alcohol test on the minors and issued a citation for under age drinking. The driver then left which left us stranded to have to find rides home and even drove away with some of our stuff still in the limo. I don't know if this was a way for the driver and company of getting out of fulfilling their contract but there are too many other limo companies with good customer service to even consider using this one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. I never write reviews on yelp but this one is absolutely necessary. We used this company for our wedding and they were the one disappointing vendor of our entire wedding. First of all, the air conditioning was not working in our limo. It was a hot day and the limo was blowing hot air on us. When we went to adjust it, we discovered that the knob on the rear air conditioner control was broken off. We asked the driver about it and he had no solutions. The air conditioner in the front was blowing somewhat cool air on the guests in the front, but those of us in the back of the limo baked in the heat. What a torturous, hot ride it was! Especially in a wedding dress! In addition, we discovered that the stereo system was not working and the CD my friend made for the ride was completely useless. Talk about cheap-o vehicles! The most annoying part of this experience was that after we finished taking pictures, we came back to the spot where the limo dropped us off and saw that the limo was no longer there. One of our groomsmen even saw his car driving away as we were approaching the drop off spot. We kept trying to call the driver and he said he was on his way, but he took forever to get back. He left us on a street corner waiting for him to pick us up for 45 minutes! Where could he possibly have gone that it took him 45 minutes to return? We sat in our gowns and tuxedos on the curb with the hot sun beating down on us. After the experience was over, the company charged us an additional fee for going over time regardless of our legitimate complaints. We figured the driver felt so bad about what happened that there was no way charge us overtime for such a horrible experience. Especially since he was even 45 minutes late! Alas, we were wrong! They ended up charging us for overtime even though we explained how poor our experience was. They waited over a month before charging us for overtime and they did not even inform us of the additional charges before charging our credit card! They claimed they tried calling and emailing us but we checked our records profusely and found no communication from them whatsoever. They refused to listen to us when we called about the charges. My husband called first and spoke with Matt, the owner of the company. Matt accused us of lying about our complaints even though they were absolutely legitimate. There was no remorse for the fact that the driver was so late, that the stereo was broken, and that the air conditioner wasn't working. Matt didn't even apologize. He was even screaming at my husband on the phone. And this was the owner! Talk about completely unprofessional! He even got angry with my husband because the driver ended up being late for another client's even that same day and they lost money....even though it was the driver's fault! I understand that they want money, but there is absolutely no reason to treat your customers like that. It was completely uncalled for. After seeing how upset my husband was after this phone call, I called myself and spoke with a woman named Elissa. I attempted to talk to her in a reasonable manner about how unprofessional Matt had been, but she raised her voice as well and asked "What are you trying to get out of this?!?!!?" I told her she should be concerned about customer service as a business, but she obviously did not care. I asked her to calm down so we could talk rationally about this, but she got so upset and continued yelling. She kept interrupting me and accused me of lying as well! Elissa got so worked up she even ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence. I've never been hung up on by a company like that! We are nice people and we did not deserve to be treated like that by any means. It was very childish. There are SO MANY other limo companies out there that will give you a much better experience than this one. PLEASE save yourself from the stress and anger that such rude employees can cause at a company like this. All of our other wedding vendors have been absolutely wonderful and kind and it's unfortunate that this one was so disgusting. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough so take the time to find a better limo company that will treat you much, much better than this one will. read more

Our wedding was on July 23rd 2011. We ordered 2 Limousines from this company, 1 hummer, and 1 regular Limousine. The Hummer Limousine was picking up the bride and her party from her mother's home. The regular limo took the parents to the church, and soon after the bridal party got in to the Hummer Limo to make their way to the church. Soon after the limo started moving the limo stopped, and the driver stated that the limo had over heated. The bridal party was stuck in 104 temperatures 1 mile away from their home, and 25 miles away from the church. They had to wait in 104 heat for the regular limo to drop the parents off at church, and come back to get the bridal party who was stuck in the middle of the road. The limo came back and took the bridal party to the church. The church service was supposed to start at 3:45pm, but as a result of the Limo breaking down we started the church service at 5:20pm. When we finished the church service the parents got in the regular Limo to go to the reception. When the bridal party came out of the church to go to the reception the limo company had sent a bus, which looked like a small ride on bus. We were highly disappointed because we were thinking they would have a hummer limo or something similar to it. The ride on this bus was very rocky and uncomfortable. THE OWNER MATT IS VERY RUDE, AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

I used Limos Inc for my son's wedding and from the very first contact I received pleasant, professional treatment. Elissa is absolutely a gem to work with. I reserved two limos for the day and when the first one went to pick up the groom and groomsmen it had started to rain. The driver took each of the guys to the car under an umbrella. The same driver was taking the bride and groom to the venue and the bride was so excited when she came out to find a red carpet waiting for her. I have used this company in the past with a mediocre service. This year my child was on a party bus with other prom goers and the Bus Driver caused a huge problem and left with out driving 20 kids home from prom. He was rude, he lied and clearly just wanted to leave early. The bus driver searched the kids bags, taking things out of their bags, lied about having the kids sign a waiver and then accused the kids of stealing the waivers?? ( Like that would make any sense.) The owner of the company was extremely rude to the person that reserved the bus when the situation was brought to his attention. All the parents are angry at the bus driver for creating a situation that didn't need to happen and ruin a enjoyable senior prom, and leaving 20 kids at a prom which was more than an hour away for parents to pick them up. The Driver Greg should never be allowed to drive students during prom. I will never recommend this company. read more
