I had the opportunity to see Dr. Paul Lin for his expert opinion and care, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I had heard wonderful things--not only about his skill as an orthopedic surgeon, but also about his compassion toward patients--and I found both to be absolutely true. What compelled me to write this review was the surprise I felt after reading some of the negative reviews online. They were completely inconsistent with my own experience. Dr. Lin took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and showed genuine care and professionalism throughout my visit. The office staff was equally welcoming and efficient, and the entire process--from check-in to follow-up--was smooth and well-coordinated. I don't typically write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was important to share my experience. If you're considering Dr. Lin for orthopedic care, I encourage you to see for yourself the level of quality and compassion he brings to his practice.
