It has been five years since we stopped USING THEM & STILL THEY CALL EVERYDAY It has been five years since we stopped using Lincare due to their terrible service, wrong orders and incessant marketing calls at all hours. You have to wonder about a company that when you call the first option is for Wrong Orders. We have tried over the years to get them to stop calling us but none of the people calling have any power to make the calls stop, calling their offices, regional managers also don't work. They call with no number showing, leave a VM that cannot be blocked. Five years, everyday. They are a corrupt company cheating the Medicare system and unresponsive to any complaints. I needed a replacement CPAP machine so I selected Lincare in Beford, NH because it is in my healthcare insurance network. This was a big mistake. My healthcare provider ordered the CPAP from Lincare in July. It is now almost November and I still have not received the CPAP or a return call from Lincare. I called Lincare four times for a status and gave them my contact details and order number. They confirmed the order was placed. They always said someone would contact me with a tracking number. They never called or emailed me back. (I also check my junk mail.) I am now going to cancel the order with Lincare. There are several other durable medical equipment suppliers that provide CPAP machines I can choose from which I will do. My suggestion: Check all of the other negative reviews regarding Lincare Bedford, NH. Obviously, my case is not unique. I will never go back to them. read more

I called to become a new customer for CPAP supplies on 2/7/25, today is 4/19/25- all of my paperwork was sent two months ago- they haven't sent me anything, I have called them 5x and they have not once called me back, literally no communication. I was very impressed with Michael Hadley, He not only set everything up, but he was nice enough to explain how to set up humidifier and all the tubing. I am almost 80 years old and I get confused. Michael was very patient with me. He was the best of all the deliverymen that have come to my house. I have sleep Apea and I was on another companies account for an oxygen concentrator. My concentrator is a portable one but Air curve 10 ASV is another item I need carry on the Airplane, until I called LinCare and they would and could at NO EXTRA COST to me have the concentrator delivered directly to my hotel. Now that's what I call customer care. My other company I would have to travel out of my way to pick one and bring it back. read more

if i could rate less than 1 star i would. horrible service provider. they quote you one price and then charge you more. they never are available by phone, they never answer. i've been on hold for over an hour trying to dispute charges and can't get through to Carol. i have filed a complaint with BBB but they can't do anything because Lincare claims client confidentiality, but won't deal with customer either. I have had to dispute multiple charges to my AMEX and AMEX always resolves in my favor but then it happens the next month. Do not deal with this customer under any circumstances. read more

I called them in early December to get a CPAP machine. They informed me that they will not have machines available until the end of January and that they would call me when they come in. I waited until late April and they never called. So I called to ask if any machines came in. The person on the phone told me that someone would call me later that day to talk to me. I work in a doctor's office and recently placed a referral for oxygen. Everyone was pleasant and eager to assist with getting services for our patient. Sometimes referrals to suppliers are daunting with the amount of paperwork needed and the staff are not very pleasant, this was not the case with Lincare. Dawn was a breath of fresh air to work with. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Lincare of BEDFORD NH should change their name to "Don't Care" because they really do not care! You would think that a company that literally deals with a life or death product would be a little more concerned about the service they provide. Nope, not at this company. My 87 year old mother who lives in Florida visits twice a year and we rarely have a visit that does not lead us into a panic. Let me list a few of the most recent and notable issue over the past few years. One year the concentrater was delivery with no air lines, because she came in on a late Friday night flight (and I picked her up after work so I was not at home when they delivered the equipment), no one was available to answer the phone. Ended up calling the fire dept to rush some oxygen over and they managed to find us an air line to get us through the weekend. Another time was the small portable tanks to use when going out to dinner or shopping was delivered with a defective regulator in which the tank ran out of air within an hour, luckily from past experience we knew to bring back ups. More than once (many times actually) we schedule the delivery of equipment well in advance of her arrival only to discover it never gets delivered, so I have had to rush over there to pick it up before it closes or we have no oxygen equipment. The most recent was this weekend, the concentrater that was delivered has what appears to be a defective alarm which continually beeps. It is very loud and obviously cannot be operated for it would just keep you up all night. Fortunately the small portable one she uses for travel on the plane is a plug in unit that can be used in emergency situation such as this. The best part of all this is when you call you will get an assortment of responses from a smug disrespectful individual with a condescending tone speaking to you as if your an idiot not knowing how to operate their defective equipment. To getting the answering services who promises you someone will return your call promptly (don't hold your breath for that call otherwise you'll be the one needing the oxygen next time) How this company stays in business is beyond me and why Medicare doesn't check on providers such as this is another mystery. My recommendation is don't even bother calling this place, just move along and find another company where you do not need to worry that the life of your loved one is being placed in constant jeopardy due to the absolute lack of concern or care about the life saving product they deliver. read more
