Physician of 30 years writing this review. The rep for this company refused to provide oxygen for a patient despite the patient being hypoxic with rest. They must have been sold because no one knows what is going on. The company does not have anyone answering the phone now who knows what is going on. It is now run by call services who know NOTHING about what is going on. I wonder how much the CEO makes by routing everyone and everything to a call center. GREED is the new business model. Abject GREED. They don't remember you calling and do not send supplies. I am looking to see how many zeros the CEO makes each year for not delivering supplies. It's a little hole in the wall, no doubt about it, but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you get the help needed. If I could give this company a subzero!. They've been sitting on my nebulizer medicine for 4 weeks while I struggle to breathe and each time I call, Lincare would not give me a reason why the medicine is still not delivered! I've spoken to my doctor's office multiple times asking for help and Lincare tells them that they've been trying to call and have not been able to reach me since receiving the order, but that's not true. They haven't called once and there is no missed call or message from them. I called again today and told the customer service fellow that I'm having a hard time breathing and need Lincare to follow through and please send my medicine. The idiot who answered my call then told me that my account has been closed with their company for sometime. I told him that my doctor's office called them about a half hour earlier and was told that Lincare has been trying to reach me to deliver my medicine but hasn't been able to get ahold of me which wasn't true. He said there is nothing they could do because my account was closed. I lost it, which I don't like to do. I told him I need my medications in order to breathe and they've been holding onto them for over 4 weeks and to please transfer me to a supervisor. He said he couldn't which then I really lost my s--t until finally, I was transferred to a person who said she would give the local Lincare office in Delray Beach a call because their store delivers the medication. She put me on hold for a few minutes and when she came back, told me that after several attempts to reach the Delray Beach office, she was not able to get through to them but sent an urgent email requesting that they call me asap. A couple of hours later, I received a call and when I asked what the hold up on my medications was especially after my doctor's office has been calling them to send the medication for the past couple of weeks, the gal told me that they've had the medication ready to deliver for the past 3 weeks and doesn't know why it's still sitting in the box at their office. This is the 2nd out of 2 times this has occurred with them since starting on these nebulizer medicines in February. This is horrible and very concerning because breathing is obviously important but not important enough for this company to care enough to deliver the much-needed medicine timely and without so much stress! End result, called the doctor's office and put in my 2nd request to change to another company which we will do as soon as my medication is delivered. read more

Got discharged from hospital in early evening and Lincare was there an hour later. They showed me how to use the home plug in oxygen, as well as setting me up with what I call travel tanks (lasting about 3 hours each when set on 2) When I needed to get 4 of the empty tanks replaced, they actually gave me 6 full tanks. Since the local office is nearby, I can just bring the empty tanks in and they replace them, along with other supplies (they gave me 7 new nasal cannulas!). Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs oxygen throughout the day. read more

I often phone them to send out supplies. Too often, I've had to call them again to send out my needed supplies. "Oh, who did you speak to? We have no record of your order." They bill Medicare promptly, but serve the public? Not very well. read more

I am so happy that I found a place to review, much kindness and understanding, as always. i spoke to Patrick, which i was happy about. We spoke a while and he said I was due for a nebulizer compressor. He gave me proper instructions to give to my allergist, Dr. Friedman. He was very patient with me, believe me. I gave the office info and today i have my nebulizer compressor. so glad that it went smoothly, and I have what I need. Have been dealing with this company for many years, they have always been kind to be and have taken care of my medical needs. I do appreciate it very much. Complete failure. I just moved to Miami and needed a new cpap supplier. Was referred to this company because of close proximity. They called me for an initial consultation and were supposed to follow up with an email after they contacted my physician. Weeks went by without an email or follow up. I then contacted the Doral Center where the "receptionist" took down basic information which was already provided by my insurance provider and my physician and was told they would get back to me to schedule an appointment. This was again 2 weeks ago without a word. Complete garbage outfit. Don't do business here, they don't care! read more

I am a new patient in Florida and merely want to get my service orders transferred from Connecticut.
