Chris was there again to greet us and assist to make our best decision. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about every piece of equipment available. He took complete control knowing exactly what would work for him. He found the best affordable scooter that was light and powerful enough to get him to his destinations with ease. He taught me how to use and fold up as well as put in my SUV. Why I'll go back: Friendly, patient, and helpful - all necessary qualities for a store serving seniors. Tony's Tip: It's a small store and seemed pretty busy on a weekday. So be prepared to wait, but they'll take care of you when you're up. My parents (both in their 90's) came down to visit us in Palm Beach. Early on, the washer on the right arm of my Mom's Drive walker got loose and despite our best efforts, my Dad and I couldn't get the unique piece to line up with the notch on the screw to secure it again (the left arm had a similar washer situated between the arm and the screw handle). We took the thing to three medical equipment retail/repair places. The first fiddled with it the same way we did, then said their "technician" wouldn't be back until tomorrow (and only between 9:00-11:00 a.m.). On to the next. That guy, despite selling a ton of Drive models, looked at ours like it was an alien, declaring "I've never seen anything like this!" Didn't even really attempt to find a solution and seemed bent on having us scrap this 3-year old model for a new one. No dice. So we headed to Southeast Mobility, where after about 10 minutes of waiting on others who had arrived before us, Chris greeted us warmly and asked how he could help. We explained the issue, and after looking at the thing for literally only about 5 seconds, suggested that we just screw the washer onto the other end of the bolt. Problem solved! Although it was not configured like the left side, this totally did the trick, and the walker worked perfectly for the rest of the trip. So obvious, yet it required a little "out of the box" problem solving approach. No charge from Chris - just a friendly sendoff. Despite this place being 20 minutes away in Boynton Beach, Southeast Mobility will be the first place I'll send seniors in our condo complex if they ever need something fixed. read more

My wife has surgery on her spine on May 4th & May 6th at the Cleveland Clinic. She was in horrible pain the first few weeks but thanks to SOUTHEAST MOBILITY we were able to rent a recliner from them at a very reasonable cost. The service was #1 south a pleasure to do business with a company that obviously cares about their clients. My wife was so grateful because the recliner gave her a level of comfort only a recliner can do. This was no ordinary recliner and it was inexpensive. I would recommend this family business because of the exceptional service along with exceptional equipment. I hope that everyone that needs their service will reach out to them. The best people in the medical industry

I currently have to use a kneewalker because of foot surgery, and the brake was not working properly which is dangerous since the kneewalker could move without notice. This store was recommended by the maker of the walker, Karman, as a store that might be willing to repair this problem. I went there and explained the problem, and Chris, the son of the owner, said he would be happy to help me. Even though he sells similar walkers and I had not bought mine there, he took it in the back and worked on the brake until it worked and then explained the mechanics to me. He couldn't have been nicer. This is a small, family-run store that has walkers, wheelchairs, grab bars, recliners, you name it, for short or long-term medical uses. I would recommend it as a place where customers get attention and good service from nice people. read more
