While this company provided my mother with her oxygen needs for years, the customer service is full of hot air. You may need to resuscitate me after my repeated calls to their office. Be prepared for a long winded wait while on hold!! Once I waited 25 minutes before I had to hang up. The number on the front door connects you with an answering service that's not even in RVA. Numerous times I tried to reach them to settle an erroneous bill that was being sent to me. My poor mom passed away in February, and wasn't using their equipment for months prior to that because she was in hospice, but 7 months later I was still getting bills. Initially, their 02 service was fine. They brought my mom her oxygen concentrator unit for the house, would service it when needed, and would also deliver her portable tanks. Over the years, though, it was their service that "tanked". Oftentimes they wouldn't answer or return calls when we needed items. I had to drive to the company several times for cannulas, tank washers, and other supplies. The staff at the company building aren't very pleasant, welcoming nor accommodating. The only reason they get an average rating is because a sympathetic, kind operator finally resolved the billing issue. I was upset when I finally got through and spoke with her, my voice choking up when explaining about my mom's illness and her subsequent demise, and the representative assured me she would handle the problem, addressed me with empathy, and gave me her condolences. Brandon was Very helpful, however, Travis at this location signed me up for automatic payments without letting me know. That was VERY unethical. Also, at least 8 people work in this office, but if you call the local phone number, you will not be connected with the local office. Companies like Lincare who charge $30 for a .05 cent piece of rubber are why our insurance premiums are so high. read more

Brandon was very helpful when setting me up with cPap machine in Sept. However I can not get new supplies no one in Richmond office will answer the phone. Even the Lincare corporate tried to call them and they wouldn't answer. This office is incompetent and horrible! Do not use them! read more

The team at lincare has always been very responsive and had my order ready for pickup or delivery when needed. It is important to be very specific about your equipment needs as you really only get what you ask for. Their billing department is always quick to pick up the phone if they are looking for your money hahaha. read more

Lyncare called me on a Friday saying they would drop off oximetry equipment on the following Monday. They didn't show up and they didn't call to explain. On Wednesday, the equipment appeared, I completed the test overnight and put the supplies on the front door Thursday morning, as instructed. I am writing this review on Sunday morning. Despite calls each day (where you are put on hold for @ 12 minutes) the Lyncare folks have not cared enough to pick up their materials. This is unacceptable customer service. Deborah D. read more

One star is way too much credit for them but it wouldn't allow me to leave it at zero stars which is what they deserve. The LendCare on Marshall Avenue in Richmond Virginia is absolutely horrific. As others have stated you wait on hold for 15-20 minutes and get a incompetent staff member that does not care about your situation, your equipment or you. Other times you can't even get through to a person in that their answer machine always comes on for you to leave a message indicating that they are busy with another customer. That is the biggest lie because I can't imagine them staying on the phone long enough with anyone to get the phone lines backed up. They don't stay on the phone because they don't care period they're only interested in Medicare payments or insurance payments and once they've gotten that the least of their worries is fixing equipment or trying to satisfy the customer. Trey, one of the "supervisors"obviously lied to by example because he is worse than the staff that works for him. He is the most arrogant, "privileged" and aloof individuals I've ever had to deal with. As I stated before, once they're not receiving payment from Medicare for you, they could care less about your equipment, how you can get it serviced or answering any general questions that doesn't have something in it for them like $$$$. I highly suggest staying away from this company and particularly the location in Richmond Virginia on Marshall Avenue. You are hereby forewarned that the staff led by Trey is very incompetent, Rude and just a waste of your time and those are their 'good'. Stay away or you WILL regret it. read more

Their service is horrible; unfortunately they are the only game in town. They rarely return phone calls; on several occasions I have tried to arrange for an oxygen concentrator while on vacation and they failed to provide one both times.
