Never got a call back. Called again 11/18 and spoke with Michelle. She could not have been more rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Of course no supervisor or manager available and all she could do was take a message for someone to.... "call me back"! If you are a doctor considering using them for your billing needs, reconsider. We tried paying our bill, not avoiding it, and they cannot or will not help.
