I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one!
