I've picked up some big brand clothes for very cheap and they have some decent furniture and accessories for the house as well. I really like the set up of this shop where it's not like other similar stores that have that "funky" smell and lots of tattered used clothes. They obviously don't put out anything that isn't suitable therefore most items are in really good condition and I've personally been ecstatic with my recent purchases there. The women working are all very sweet and kind where they are happy to help and have a chat so that's always nice as well. Definitely worth a browse.

Today I visited the East Malvern store and was delighted with the discreet yet efficient and friendly service provided by Chelsea, Lou and Annika. They each made my challenge of finding something appropriate and comfortable, a stress-free experience. Thank you Girls! I expected Hattam's to have them because it is such an old school store. I was actually a little embarrassed to ask for them and just opted for a normal set of thermals. You get that extra bit of service when you come here, just like it would have been and perhaps still should be. I enjoy shopping here, maybe you will to.
