If you want a shirt in your size, with your preference of cuff then there is a very limited range. Service. Initial service when buying shorts was from a member of staff who had little knowledge of their product. Their assistance was limited to occasionally hovering and helping us pay for the shirt I chose. When I returned the shirt (due to it having a mark in the centre of the back) the first person I talked to wanted to help until they found it was a return, once they had verified that it was indeed a valid return they handed the shirt back to me and wandered off without another word. The second person I spoke with apparently didn't know how to help. I ended up finding a replacement myself, waiting in line for the store manager and then finally doing a switch. My initial view dealing with this company was to have a quick look when they get new shirts/ties in to see if there is something interesting. That being said, we as customers should be treated better. Avoid

On many occasions I have requested very complex alterations and have without exception found the service considerate, diligent and of the highest quality. I know Roger to be an extremely experienced and qualified tailor who demands the most professional of tailoring standards and customer service. As such I have always enjoyed very friendly and reliable service from the staff of Rogers Tailoring in the most respectful and courteous manner.

The staff here are very helpful although they tend to focus their attention on one customer and anyone else will have to wait for quite a while. This can be a little annoying, particularly if you only have a quick question or if you are waiting to pay. If you're the one who is being helped though, it is pretty fantastic. The shop itself is clean and well set out. There is enough lighting and it had a fresh feel. Why only three stars? Well it isn't my kind of shop, but it would be great for people like my Mum who dress differently to me. Also I didn't get served for about ten minutes and there was another lady waiting with me who was getting quite irritated. Otherwise the store is fantastic.
