They charged me TWICE. Once for a deposit when I made the appt in case I was a no show, then again when I was a "no show." Doesn't make sense, make sure to check your card statements. Didn't bother to call me to ask if I was okay or on my way. Literally tried to scam me by charging me twice, even though they had my deposit in case I was a "no show". I have never been a no show to any appointment in my life, especially not an appointment I waited months for. Tried charging me over $200 for services that I did not receive. So greedy. Will never return.

I'm going to post the hairstyle I wanted, and what I got. I wanted my crochet styled like the pic I sent. No one told me to get a certain hair, so I got what I've been wearing for FIVE YEARS --GOGO CURL. I normally wear 2 1/2 - 3 packs MAX! One lady was putting a WHOLE CURL in my head. If you know crochet, then one curl can be PULLED APART. AGNES says that's too hard. I advised that I would pull the hair apart. Because the lady used ONE ENTIRE pack on the front quarter of my head, they did NOT have enough hair to finish my head so you will see the pics of what they did! (FIRST 4 PICS and my hair after they finished). Then AGNES Googles my hair telling me I got the wrong hair. Yall I go to Hollywood Beauty on Greenfield and they only have ONE KIND OF GO GO CURL HAIR AND ITS 26 inches BY FREETRESS. Anywho I ended up buying another pack and filling in the gaps. You will see what I DID (LAST 3 PICS AND MY FINISHED PIC), and I have the texts where I sent all of this to AGNES. WILL I GO BACK? I believe I am going to give it ONE MORE CHANCE b/c AGNES apologized and I REALLY want to support this business. I spent $130 and gave the ladies $10 EACH. I also found it odd that they DO NOT have mirrors so you can see the back of your head. I will update if I go back.

Unfortunately, I didn't see the voicemail until I woke up an hour later, and when I called they notified me that the 2 alternate times they mentioned I could reschedule to had been filled. Alas, I got to my appointment 10 minutes early, and I wasn't seen for almost 30 minutes as they were running behind. The main reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is solely because I actually loved the haircut, regardless of everything else that happened, I got exactly what I wanted and the stylist did a great job of talking everything through before starting. The one thing that really surprised me was how much I disliked the blowout! This salon is almost known for their bouncy blowouts, so I was very surprised to see that by the time I walked to my car (5 minutes) my hair was flat! My hair holds curls/blowouts VERY well, so I'm not sure what happened, but I called the salon notifying them how disappointed I was as I had another event the following day and they let me come back the next day to touch it up (free of charge).
