I've been a client of Linda's for several years now and she has been a life saver! Every time I have an appointment with her, I leave the office feeling totally relaxed, with a clear mind able to tackle current obstacles and those that arise later. I cannot express fully just how freeing it is to reduce your level of stress so that you are able to realistically look at situations and create goals for the future. Linda's office sets up a very comfortable, neutral environment and both her personality and approach to Hypnotherapy allows you to feel completely safe and thus able to relax fully to concentrate on the issues to resolve. She has many different tools and tailors the therapy to the approach that works best for each client. If one thing didn't work for me, she literally had several different options to try instead. This kind of approach resulted in real, actual change for me. She has helped me with many different issues (from family, to stress, work, fears, etc.) and I use the techniques she has taught me on a daily basis. I have some issues (don't we all) that I…read morewanted to work out in general, but when I found Linda I'd been unemployed for a while and was sinking into a really damaging and near debilitating depression. I'd been going to therapy through the county and it had been helping a little, but I had a bad reaction to the anti depression meds they'd prescribed for me and was in a bit of a state. I heard about hypnotherapy at random through a YouTube playlist, read a bit about it, and thought, may as well. It was a bit of a last ditch effort for me, especially since my savings were dwindling and it does cost money ($125 per session). It turned out to be totally worth it. I found Linda through Google Reviews. A lot of the other places had good reviews as well, but she had the best vibe in my opinion. I liked what she had on her website, and when I called to schedule, she spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining the process and asking me questions. She was so friendly and caring even then, and I was excited to start. I went about five times. Each time afterwards, I left feeling really happy and relaxed. It can be intense at times since you're facing a lot of things, but she's really warm and accepting. She excels at making her space safe, comfortable, and inviting. Trust is really important for hypnotherapy apparently, and I'm really glad I went to her because she's excellent at building that trust. She's genuinely really passionate about guiding you through it and helping you to feel better. I felt ashamed and vulnerable about my state at the time, and I feel like if it hadn't been her, it may not have been as easy for me or worked as well. I mostly just wanted to be able to function properly so I could continue searching for a job, but I feel like I got so much more out of it than that. My self esteem is much higher and accepting and loving myself is easier and more accessible than its ever been for me. I feel more confident and relaxed about almost everything. I feel like, especially after the third time, it also has decreased the amount of anxiety I had in general. Linda will also spend extra time with you if she has it if she feels you're making progress, which is very kind and thoughtful. She genuinely cares, and I think that's a lot of why she's so great at it. There's a reason she has a lot of loyal clients who swear by her. And I got a job! After the fifth session, Linda instinctively knew that I was in a much better space, had come pretty far, and was done with the regimen. I'll most likely go in for a tune up at some point just because I got so much out of it and I find it relaxing. Scientific studies show that it's fairly expedient compared to traditional talk therapy, so that's great too. If you'd like to resolve some things, or are at a point where you're willing to try anything, I cannot recommend Linda enough.
