His legs were so swollen.legs were never propped. He was Septic. His catheter was disgusting and not changed even after we had asked them to change it ,and one female worker called him "stupid "which we did a report on. We do believe he was neglected, we asked to have him sent to the emergency room. This was on a Wednesday and he passed away Friday morning please people be aware take care of your family in this facility the hospital said he had pneumonia and that very morning the nurse at ignite checked his lungs and said he sounded just fine. Again, I'm not saying my dad was the healthiest person in the world. He wouldn't be there if he was, but I am definitely in shock that he went in there better than he came out now he's gone. I do believe that if we didn't push the fact that he needed to go to the ER, he would have died in there, but instead he died in the hospital these are just some of the pictures of him and we have so many more we are having this looked into

Everyone at Arc Physical Therapy from the cheerful, competent receptionist to the friendly, helpful,Therapists, who were not even working with me. My main Therapist, Scott and Ivan were so serious yet compassionate with my recovery program. They made sure I used the proper techniques and used them correctly. Scott was very creative with music to keep me inspired to succeed. Ivan introduced me to a variety of exercises so the same skills were covered without boredom. My treatment at ARC has been off and on for almost a year due to an on the job injury…read more I have gone through regular PT on my shoulder and knee and also an intensive work hardening program. I absolutely adore the people working here. They are super friendly and easy to get along with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about my treatment. I was with Michelle and JulieAnne for the first part of rehab on my shoulder. They were both great. I was with Ivan after my knee surgery, mostly on work hardening. His approach to my treatment was exactly how I expected it to be. My job requirements are to lift very heavy weight. He pushed me but was very aware of not causing more injury. He came across as genuinely caring about my well being and my ability to get back to work. I hope I never get injured again but if I do need rehab, I will request to come to this rehab facility.

Awful experience with Stacy Jones trying to get my husband admitted here for rehab. He has terminal…read morecancer and has been in the hospital for 18 days for various things. Started trying to get him admitted on a Weds. to get out of hospital before the weekend. Social worker at hospital and I both tried to reach Stacy all day on Thursday with no luck. Resumed trying on Friday, in a bit of a panic due to it being last day to get him out. Stacy advised she was out Thursday and would start working on it now. Invited me to stay in touch to keep things moving. Around noon received notice from insurance that a prior authorization was received. It said they require 5-15 days to process, or 3 bus days if marked urgent. So I tried to call Stacy to ask how they submitted and she was at lunch. I called the insurance company directly to ask them. Was advised it was approved but they had questions about the dates so gave me a phone number to pass to rehab to call and sort it out. Called Stacy back and she was very defensive. Asked why I am pushing so hard. Hubby had a horrible night prior, so we were very stressed in that moment. The 18 days of being in hospital is taking a toll on both of us. I told her I had to get him out before weekend. She said they have a process we need to follow, which I understand. I told her I'm just trying to help and had a number all she had to do is call. She said I'm being very aggressive and she doesn't like it. I said I'm sorry I'm just advocating as she would for her loved ones, and I don't want to start over with a new facility - which sounded bad I admit but I'm frazzled with worrying about my sick husband, weeks of no sleep and driving back and forth daily 30+ minutes each way in traffic to the miserable hospital. She invited me to find placement elsewhere if I wanted. I again apologized and said I'm just trying to get him out. Please help me. She said she'd get back on it. That was about 1pm. She waited until 5pm to tell social worker they rescinded his acceptance. So we ended up being stuck in the hospital another 3 days all because of an unprofessional spiteful woman who couldn't deal with an understandably frazzled client trying to help her loved one. If this is how they treat the family I can't imagine how they treat the patients.
