Based on my experience I would give Dr David Linder negative reviews. Other doctors since Linder believe there was a misdiagnosis. I was put on so many drugs at high levels. Seeing Dr. David Linder almost ruined my life 20 years ago. He was unsupportive and very quick to medicate. I selected him because here was little available and he was covered by my EAP. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Linder after a brief assessment. Rather than consider that large doses of hormones could be the cause of my sudden worsening of symptoms, I was labeled and medicated. I am fine. now. I believe in informed consent. Research treatments and doctors, please be aware of side effects (ask a pharmacist if you have questions!) and get more than one opinion before moving forward with psychotropic meds. This group is terrible! They don't answer the phone. You have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back. The over charge your card, then say they can't reimburse you. And will not email me a receipt so I can show my insurance their overcharge. Now, won't call me back, after multiple attempts. The manager Corrine has been calling me back now for 6 months. My special needs son was being seen here and while the provider was really sweet, she left on maternity leave and never returned. Admittedly I found and loved my therapist at this office now that she has left this office, I will be following her to continue my therapy. In regards the to practice itself, horrible. We where called and informed that "_______" had missed their appointment with "Dr.________". I immediately called the office to inform them that was not someone in our household and they needed to get out of my file. I was assured they would. The following day I was billed for the other persons missed appointment. In the course of my dialog with them, the doctors name, patients full name and appointment time was shared. A major privacy violation. Recently we received an appointment reminder for yet another client of theirs who is not a member of our household. I find the disorganization and compromised privacy very alarming and am happy to be leaving the office. The front office is always disorganized and the staff is often complaining in front of patients and visibly annoyed at their own offices poor organization. read more

I had been a patient with Linder Psychiatric Group, Inc previously, then sought help elsewhere because of my inability to get an appointment with a Psychiatrist to establish medication management along with my counseling therapy. I attempted to go to another group, which was okay at first but their medication management was not a good experience. I felt that the Psychiatrist I was working with just graduated from Med School and just wanted to try things that were textbook, with very little intake. I've since returned to Linder and reestablished therapy with my former therapist and was also able to get regularly scheduled with a Psychiatrist. Working with the Psychiatrist, we are going through a thorough intake to ensure we establish the correct baseline and that I am working to get the best therapy and medication to address my needs. I'm pleased so far with how things are going and look forward to making progress towards a better quality of life. read more

Look, at first I was skeptical because of the yelp reviews. But, I think it is important to share positive reviews as well as negatives. I have been a patient here for a few months and have had nothing but good experiences. In fact, just recently, I ran into a billing issue and admittedly I was not optimistic that it would work out in my favor due to prior reviews. It does go to show you that everyone needs to judge for themselves. I do not doubt for a second that some of the reviewers did indeed have negative experiences here, but I can only speak for myself. For me, basically, I was booked due to miscommunication several times. I had a wednesday appt and a Friday appt by mistake. I was able to cancel the Wed. appt the day of without charge no problem. The lady I spoke with was also very professional and helpful. About 2 weeks later, I had been charged twice for two no-show appointments (apparently, they thought that I wanted my Friday appointments to be continuous), and admittedly I could have done a better job conveying this. I opened my credit card statement to two 214 dollar no-show charges. Based on what I had heard, I figured that it was a done deal. After calling and speaking/emailing management, I got a call back and had it all taken care of. No charge, just a 20 dollar hold to be used the next time I come to my next appointment. It was that simple. I do not know if this is a new office staff or what OR if people really are not telling the whole side of the story, but I have never had any issue with them being flexible. Like I said, I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I have had nothing but grade A customer service and do recommend that you give them a chance. They do indeed have a 72 hour cancellation policy, but its well documented right up front. I will absolutely continue my treatment at this facility. Lost tons of money with no diagonis unless I give more money!! Took my son here for focus issues. After 5 sessions (where i kept having to keep them on track withthe actual issue) the Dr. said that he didn't need to see my son any more and would email the diagnosis. 2 emails, 10 calls, 3 text messages later and 2 months after the last appointment and the DR is now on meidcal leave and there anwser is that i should pay more money for a different DR. to send me the diagnoises. It is not my fault that the first Dr. never responded yet they have no anwser for me - I am now out well over $600 with nothing to show for it - looking into if I can sue to get my money back - arrggg read more

I received a condescending reply from the owner on my Google review, here's my reply. In reply to the owner, I did send the emails to your specified address, called the office number, called the billing number. I never received a reply apart from billing, who said there are no exceptions. Also, during the time I was out of the country my account was sent to collections, while I continued to fail to get any reply from your staff. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service in addition to this extremely unreasonable policy. I don't buy your silly story about CA labor law. Why would you pay a doctor twice as much as my actual appointment length for a cancellation? I have never seen a cancellation fee any more than 1/4 of what you charge. Not to mention typical cancellation timeframes are 24 hours, not 72. Finally, reasonable practices would be willing to work with their patients to make exceptions, especially when out of patient control such as in my case. I reiterate my initial take, I failed to read these reviews before coming to your practice and I'd warn any other potential patients to consider the $214 minimum risk if life happens. read more

Miss Linder: since this seems to be the only place that you respond I would like you to know that I've been overcharged by $214 for a no-show fee that was not correct for my daughter. Louie in your office has confirmed that I am owed a refund but he is not able to cut checks until you respond and he says that you have not responded to him in a couple of weeks. We reached out to Linder about a year ago when our teenage son was in crisis. A therapist named Julie McBride was recommended and he has seen her several times. She was often booked, but we could always get him an appt within 2-3 weeks. I called today as my son having anxiety attacks, not eating and won't go to school. I find out (without ever having received any notification) that their office on Reserve has closed. Julie was there 2 days per week and is now only working in Roseville 1 day per week. The soonest that I could get him an appt was in April. It is evident that this group does not care about its patients or communicate well with them. We had no idea the Reserve location had even closed - and we had just been there on 1/16. I now face the challenge of finding another therapist for my son who is more available. If you have a teenager, you will understand how hard it was to get him to trust/visit Julie and now I have to start all over. Receptionist was not at all helpful and I now don't feel very good about this entire group. read more

Linder Psychiatric Group is the most unprofessional mental health organization I have ever encountered. I canceled my appointment three days prior to the appointment date because I did not want to seek virtual care and that was the only option at the time due to Covid. The Linder Psychiatric Group tried to bill be for the session despite me abiding by their cancelation policy. They sent me to collections and harassed me for 3 years adding on more and more fees as the years compounded. This began while I was going through a divorce and seeking care for myself and my three children. Renae Linder wrote to me and said, "While you may not be "comfortable" with a phone or video conferencing appointment that we offered you, I'm sure you would be much less comfortable in a casket. We are happy to discharge you as your risk taking behavior in light of a very serious health issue that is putting the entire medical community at risk is not welcome in my small business." I would be much less comfortable in a casket!!! Risk taking behavior?!? I canceled my appointment; I didn't force myself into their offices during a health pandemic. This is a mental health professional whom I advised I was not interested in Telehealth appointments and canceled my appointment as outlined in their cancelation policy and she had the audacity to respond like this. This place has decent psychiatrists HOWEVER human kindness and their abilities to perceive the needs of their patients is ludicrous. There cancellation policy is in benefit to THEM 100% however I understand businesses need to have them so that is what it is...the things that puts me here leaving them this review is I came to my scheduled appointment at 10am to find that he was still 2 patients behind! I had my husband and infant in the car and they were waiting for me, I let them know that unfortunately because he will be almost an hour behind I will need to reschedule. They continued on and on about their 72 hr cancellation. It was obvious I was there to attend the scheduled appointment and due to the situation (his situation) I would not be able wait. They literally just started spouting the 72 hr cancellation policy at me. No where in their policy does it say if the doctor is not available that I couldn't reschedule. Ridiculous. Where are they helping those that I dealing with difficulties and are already doing what they can to get there. Dr. Linder has been such an amazing benefit to my life. There are not enough words to express how greatly his therapy has been in my growth and becoming the person I am today. Beyond making me comfortable in opening up about my life he has been incredibly helpful in pushing me to think more about my life and history, reaching conclusions about why I was the person I was. Visiting a therapist can be such a challenging subject for people to talk about because of the stigma in society about people who don't have the outward appearance of a balanced mind and life. Nearly everyone has an aspect of their surface or subconscious thinking that can benefit from therapy like this. Dear Linder Psychiatric, Fuck you. You are horrible people and should be ashamed of yourselfs for treating people who are going threw a bad time so horribly. Worst customer service and business I have ever encountered. Basically had to wait 30 minutes every time for my appoint which was supposed to be an hour long. Over charged. horrible company that profits off of the mentally ill and treats them like shit. I was with Gavin M. He was a nice guy. Bad theripist. While going threw the worst part of my life I was a patient here. $130 every time. It was a terrible experiance from when you walk threw the door. The front desk ladies and rude and have no clue what is going on. I needed Gavin to write me a letter to the court. Guess how much this costed? $300... also I had to give them 3000 in case he had to go to court and talk on my behalf. I got it back because he didnt. BUT ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME 3300 down for a letter to the court that was not even a page long and probably took him a half hour to write. I left their office after multiple terrible billing experiences, office billing mistakes, and just struggling to pay for the amount it cost in order for the psychiatrist I had; which at that point was Dr Linder as he was literally the only psychiatrist left at both roseville practices and I was not able to drive up to Folsom on a regular bases to see one there instead; it cost me a small fortune everytime I needed to have a form for my employer filled out so that I could keep my job while dealing with my anxiety flair up. Also, both my son w autism as well as comorbid mental health disorders and my oldest daughter, who we were referred to this office as well by my daughter's victims advocate/ victims witness program; a program that the Linder's apparently participate in, only to be told that they don't bill Victims compensation directly, and I would need to either Use my insurance or pay directly out of pocket, then seek reimbursement and was told by my daughter's victims advocate that this is not how the program works, but I loved my daughter's child psychologist so much and she did well w her, so I went ahead and paid, then saved receipts and submitted them for reimbursement. Psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists all kept leaving, telling us they weren't happy w how the business was run, and they felt bad for their clients, and they moved on to other practices or other areas of practice, so we would end up looking once again for someone new; both myself and my children went thru this over and over. Finally, after a slew of issues, the final straw of a day came when my private insurance was mistakenly showing cancelled when they ran it, and they refused to directly bill victims compensation again, and told me if I didn't keep the spot I would receive a no show bill for both children (it was a visit for both of my kids medication refills, monthly visit, also billed as psychotherapy, but there was definitely no psychotherapy ever done with my children, just medication management). I received a bill for over $1000!!! Wow!! I never went back. I have never dealt with a money hungry business like this in my life! I loved this place for the therapist and several of the psychiatrists, but the way The Linder's actually run the business; with charges for everything and anything that they cannot bill insurance directly for, including paperwork that your employer needs for you to keep your job, yes, that cost me almost $400 because dr Linder charges more for his 15 min increments of time due to all his "certifications", than any other dr i had at that office, or that I've ever had in my life!! It's literally "legal" highway robbery. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone! I was skeptical about coming here as the yelp reviews paint an awful picture for this company. Despite all the horror stories, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and boy do I regret it. My first two appointments were just okay and at the end of my second appointment I scheduled a 3rd appointment with a new employee at the Gibson Drive Roseville location. Unbeknownst to me, the new employee scheduled me at a different location because apparently my therapist works in that office on that day. Without knowledge of this separate location, I showed up to the office I had been to twice before and where I scheduled my third appointment. I was then told by the manager, John Chen, that I would either have to do an on the spot phone call session while my therapist was at a separate location or be forced to pay $214 for a missed appointment fee. I asked them if they could waive the missed appointment fee because it was a mistake on the company part with a new employee (which I totally understand how it could've happened) but although they admitted fault, they still told me I would have to pay. After a few unreturned phone calls from them, I decided to pay a visit and speak to the manager about waiving the fee. He stated the owner was the only one able to waive the fee and she was out of town until the following Monday. The following Monday, I showed up to speak with the owner about this misunderstanding. The manager claimed the owner was not in the office today but that he spoke with her and she was refusing to waive the missed appointment fee. I also asked for a copy of my medical records which the manager John Chen refused to give me because it could be "detrimental to me", when I stated that I was not leaving until I had my a copy of my medical records (which is legally entitled to me by law under HIPAA Privacy Rules and California Law) the manager stated he was going to call the police to which I told him I would gladly wait to speak with them. Once police arrived, I described what had happened and that I simply wanted my missed appointment fee waived and a copy of my medical records. The manager still claimed he could not give me my medical records so I asked for a copy of where it stated that he could not give it to me. The police asked the manager to get a copy of that paperwork for me, however after several minutes the manager came back out to tell me that he had spoken to the company lawyer and they could not give me the documentation of why I can't have my medical records. They refused to give me my medical records but also refused to give me proof of why they can't give me a copy of my medical records. I want to urge anyone even thinking about using this psychiatric group to STAY AWAY. They clearly don't value their clients and if you look at other yelp reviews you can see where the company states that their bad yelp reviews come from "people with impaired decision making abilities or emotional dis-regulation." I mean COME ON, you are a psychiatric group and you are going to contribute to the stigma of mental health because you run a shady company and would rather put down your clients to make extra cash than operate an ethical company? Let me start by saying my daughter's former psychologist from Linder Psychiatric Group, DR MICHELLE COX, is AWESOME!! I thought she was amazing with my daughter, understood her needs, and did her job extremely well. However, Linder Psyche, THE BUSINESS, is horrible. Let me tell you why. They do not care one bit about their patients. They care about money. Money is their business. I have a court order for my daughter to be seen regularly for treatment and since it's ordered by the courts, it was very difficult to find someone to see her. Thank goodness Dr. Cox wasn't scared off by this, and took my daughter in. I paid a co pay through my insurance for each visit for most of 2013. In early 2014, the business office of Linder called me and advised me that they had made a billing mistake - charged me too little per visit or something - and since all their money wasn' t paid through my insurance, I wasn't allowed to schedule any more appointments until the $700 was paid off. IT'S NOT EVEN MY FAULT!! I have since that time, made small payments, but to no avail. My daughter has not been seen since December of 2013 and despite at least 6 phone calls, they refuse to consider it. They understand, since I've told them, that this puts me directly in violation with court order, but they don't care. I finally called today and told them to send me her file. They asked me why I was ending my relationship and I said " sure, because your service sucks and I can't get anyone to return my phone calls". The lady I was talking to laughed and said "all right!" and hung up. They simply don't care. I don't understand why Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Linder keep getting all these accolades. They might be good doctors, but their business sucks. Shame on them for allowing sub par business services to mar an experience that by necessity, should be much better than that! read more

Now that Dr. Bohnel is no longer with the practice, I am no longer being seen at this office. I have chosen to continue my treatment elsewhere. With that, this review is being updated from 3 stars to 1 star. The only thing worth giving 3 is no longer with this office. After my last review where I stated issues with the administrative staff, the owners threatened to end my treatment due to the review (if you would like to see the threat yourself, she posted it in the comments of my review on Facebook). Thankfully, Dr. Bohnel did not share this sentiment and I continued being seen until she left the practice. The way that the owners run their practice as well as their social media is appalling. Their front desk really needs to get their act together. I arrived 15 minutes early and they wouldn't even get me checked in until 5 minutes after my appointment time. The owners need to learn how to properly use social media to promote their business. They need to learn to help rather than threaten. It's so sad because things started so strong here. I originally had a great experience and they had wonderful women assisting at the front desk. I don't know what changed, but last year things took a turn for the worse and since then haven't improved in the slightest. Avoid this place. read more

Although my daughter had seen a provider here years ago, she moved to the Bay Area after graduating college at the end of 2019. She did not live in this area during 2020, yet Linder claims she called and made an appointment for 6/8/20 and was a "no show". Linder did not even have her current address in the Bay Area. Linder did not have any current credit card information on file or else I'm sure they would have simply charged her. There is no record of any call, email or text from my daughter. Linder is unable to provide proof that an appointment was made and will not provide the phone number that the appointment was made from. They left one reminder voicemail for my daughter on her personal cell phone number. This is not proof that she made any appointment. Linder continues to bill monthly, adding late charges, billing notice charges and interest charges each time. This is occurring despite the fact that no services were ever provided and no insurance claim was ever made. My daughter is under age 26 and still has excellent insurance through my employer and was utilizing top-notch providers at Stanford in Palo Alto all through 2020. I have the insurance claims to prove it. She would have had no need to book an appointment with a Roseville provider that she hadn't used in years (and didn't like) while not even living here any longer. If this was supposedly a telehealth appointment, why was there no appointment confirmation emailed to her with a link to the appointment or portal to conduct a visit? Since Linder claims that my daughter could have made the appointment from "any phone", why can't they produce the number? They claim that they know she made the appointment on 5/13/20 yet they called HER CELL PHONE to leave the reminder. All the reputable providers that my daughter uses now utilize email, text and phone confirmations and reminders. They all use patient web portals for communication between patient and provider. This situation has never been encountered with ANY of them. My daughter has sent Linder a cease and desist letter today. She has also filed complaints against Linder with the State of CA Attorney General's Office along with the Better Business Bureau today. The last thing a recent college graduate with mental health challenges during a pandemic needs is the stress, harassment and damaged credit from a provider that supposedly helps and supports people. Luckily, she has parents who love and look out for her well being. All she is seeking is that this bill be voided and her credit left undamaged. read more

The incompetence of Linder Medical Group's billing department is overwhelming. They promise to do something, but when I call the insurance company to see if they actually did what they said they were going to do I'm told that it hasn't been done! The hours they keep can only be described as banker's hours. Don't even try to call them after 4 PM - because I guarantee you they are not there! As far as returning phone calls --- FORGET IT! These folks are so damned incompetent they should work for the government! Bottom line? I read the reviews here before going but thought that perhaps the office had changed its policies based on so much negative feedback, but no such luck. When I arrived I was asked to fill out a piece of paper with my credit card to keep on file so it could be charged $185 for a missed appointment, which includes rescheduling within 48 hours. When I declined to fill it out, the young receptionist argued with me and told me that I couldn't see the doctor unless it was filled out (even though she had already swiped my card for the copay to pay for the appointment). I told her that I didn't even know if I needed to return for a second appointment and that I would fill it out if I decided to return, but she insisted I couldn't see the doctor. I told her I would leave then, and then she said that would count as a missed appointment and she would have to charge me! As I started to walk out she stopped me and consulted with the office manager who said I could stay if I agreed to fill it out prior to my next appointment. And then I waited and waited and waited. At a quarter past the hour I asked when I would be seen. I knew the doctor was available because he had walked out with his previous patient before the top of the hour--while I was being badgered by the receptionist. Finally I was called back 20 minutes late for my appointment, even though I had arrived 15 minutes early. The next day someone else from the office called claiming they needed a copy of my insurance card, despite the fact that I watched them take a photo copy of it the day before. Then he reminded me that I also needed to fill out the credit card authorization for their files in case of missed appointment. No thank you! I will not ever return to this place. What a disaster. It is clear this place thrives from making money off missed appointments and doesn't care at all about patients. It's appalling. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I wish I would had read her reviews before working with Renee Linder. I had a scheduled appointment with her on her birthday in August that her staff set up for her and she no showed me. She apologized and she mentioned she had staffing issues not getting her schedule correct. Later that year in November I cancelled an appoint I had set up. Then I received a no call no show bill several months later. I asked 4 times for Renee to contact me personally because her staff wasn't able to resolve the issue. She refuses to call me. Her staff also released my information to an old phone number of mind trying to collect for psychiatric services (HIPPA violation). You see the other reviews. Stay away from this office. This is a patient mill nothing else. I should have read the Yelp reviews before signing up for this place. The front desk and the therapist I saw were great but I had to cancel an appointment. It was for a valid reason. Not everyone has ESP so we cannot predict when something comes up. Let alone within 72 business hours! Because of this ridiculous policy, I have moved on to another office. This place takes extreme advantage of missed appointments. Over $200!! 24 hours I get but 72?!?!?!?! They don't even offer online payments-you have to call. No one ever answers. I wish I could give them zero stars. They no-showed twice for appointments for my husband. When my husband missed an appointment, we received a bill 2 days later that was 3 times what they charge our insurance for an appointment and added interest and late fees. He made 6 calls to them over several months to try and discuss the bill and they never answered the phone nor returned his calls. Then they turned us over to collections. I would not have minded paying the amount they would have received had he kept his appointment but it seemed punitive to pay triple the amount. In my opinion, the practice is unprofessional and uncaring. Not what you want from therapy. read more

Awful to deal with! No one EVER answers the phone. Messages left go unanswered. They never billed our insurance like they were supposed to, we have explained this NUMEROUS times. The charge goes back to November 2015. We also had a missed appt fee for $220. Because they won't return our calls in order for us to verify some of these charges, our bill keeps mounting. Every month we're charged fees upon fees. At this point, we are going to hire an attorney to contact them. This nightmare is going on 3 years now. They are horrible!!! How farcical ! First appointment was an evening appointment . Office was closed and when someone did finally appear we were told that the appointment should have been an afternoon appointment. Second appointment we were blatantly lied to. First they tried to tell us that today was not today and we had the wrong date. Then we were told that the wrong date (the day before) when according to them we had our appointment the doctor was ill, so could not have attended us. Which doesn't answer the question of why our appointment (which was not yesterday but today) was also cancelled. But all was ok because they had apparently tried to call us three days ago (Saturday) when apparently they had the insight that the doctor was going to fall ill two days into the future and then cancel appointments for a day when he was not ill. Heavens above - if they can't even get basic office admin correct I shudder to think what the quality of their medical care is like ! read more

Excellent therapist but kind of a rocky start with the admin staff. I saw Dr. Ken Jones bi-weekly for about three months. He was awesome - always a thoughtfully guided and organic discussion. He was never pushy about diagnosing or putting a label on things. I highly recommend him and would definitely see him again if I need to. As for admin staff: I had kind of weirdly hard time making my initial appointment and getting them my insurance info. It seemed like every time I called they either weren't there, were having computer difficulty or couldn't find/confirm my appointment. They also made my first appointment at the wrong location (they have 2) and I had to scramble to get it fixed, so make sure to pay attention to that. Also, be warned they have a pretty strict 72 hour cancellation policy, which is kind of excessive IMO but I guess they have their reasons for it. Still, the quality of the therapy more than makes up for the scheduling/staff issues, which aren't even that bad as long as you pay close attention to the cancellation policy and have some initial patience. read more

Not a great experience overall. Dr. Seemed very disconnected and there was no follow up. We decided to find another counselor for our son. However, after being charged $160 for one visit (which is fine) we were not notified of a $10 balance that was left on the account other than by mail. This should have been addressed while we were in the office or a call should have gone out.. After calling in myself to resolve (because they do not call you) I was told it was taken care of as they had my card on file.. It was not taken care of and after discussing this with receptionist today.. Was basically forced to pay the billing charges or have more added on monthly.. This cost me another $32.80.. I can understand if a bill is late. However, when you have on record that I called in to resolve it and somehow it wasn't done you would think they would offer some customer service latitude. After all, why would I call in and then not take care of a $10 charge? read more

Knowing Dr. Linder has been a journey, but a positive one. It can be difficult at first when you are first getting close to someone. Over time, it becomes habitual and the help given cannot be overstated in it's importance. I would recommend that everyone give this kind of relationship a chance in their lives. read more

These people really care. Linders entire staff is amazing. Didn't think I could find a mental health facility where they truly want to help you. When you speak to someone at front desk, they really are so caring! and don't treat you like your a bother...I can't articulate enough in how much more hope I have now, to feel better in this life. please give them a call if you need help. YOU REALLY NEED TO READ ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE AND TAKE THEM TO HEART BEFORE YOU WASTE PRECIOUS TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!! The Linder Group is the VERY WORST ! Billing: They simply can't figure out how to bill my insurance. I have never had an issue with billing at any office I've went to except this place. Scheduling: They allow people to schedule appointments months into the future. So what does this do...It limits your ability to schedule because someone has taken slots that many times end up getting canceled at the last minute...So you don't have many opportunities to schedule visits. Doctor: Many times called in sick and didn't come into the office.....Refer to the SCHEDULING issue complaint above....So you finally get an appointment, then they call in sick...now you have to wait weeks again and hope they don't call in sick. Records: This is the very best of the worst! So you have a Minor kid seeing the doctor for a period of time to help understand what can be done to help your kid do better in school. You ask these clowns for a copy of the medical records for your 10 year old, so you can provide them to the school Psychologist to provide a deeper insight in order to get the right services for the kid....This place tells you, "Well, we can't provide the records to you.We can only provide them to another doctor because it's considered a mental health record, not a medical record" THIS PLACE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST! read more
