The customer service was great. No complaints. This store is definitely an older store. The ambiance is giving late 80's early to mid 90's as far as it being a store but I'm sure it's older. There is plenty of food to shop for. Although the other prices might be cheaper at Walmart. It's always good to support your small neighborhood businesses. Do I recommend? Yes. Will I return? Yes.

They have wonderful deals on meat, produce, drinks, snacks, and organic options. I shop here weekly because the prices are so good but I had a customer service experience today I will never forget. I was shopping in the refrigerated drink section when my ring slipped off my finger, falling either inside the refrigerator or bouncing just outside. It was one from my mom, who passed a few years ago. While the ring isn't worth much, it is priceless to me. Brian spent 30 minutes looking inside the refrigerator, while I looked in the aisle just outside. I fully expected to check out with my groceries and come back to look for it myself but Scott found it two aisles away, as it must've fallen and rolled. The way that the team went above and beyond was so incredible. It means more than they could know. I have always loved Grocery Outlet but I will definitely not shop anywhere else after this experience.

I recognized some of the the employees from the Mooney Blvd store who were transferred to this location They are a price impact store and with today's economy ,everyone is looking for bargains. Their Produce is Department nicely organized. I like this location as it easily accessible and less traffic than Mooney Blvd

I guess we had it too good - but it's gone now for good they say. Just cheap stuff and not much of it. The deli is gutted and I'm done buying stuff out of it. We will see if Sprouts has a service deli when they open in the coming years. Very very disappointed

An older employee was chatting to other workers which held up the line for a considerable amount of time, so much so that I thought about abandoning my cart and going to the Vallarta. Another worker who looks considerably younger was quite kind to me and helpful in finding products I was looking for. Aside from the wait in the line, the ambiance was lovely, including music, and a well stocked store. I would definitely come back.
