I had a bad experience today with one representative , there were missed items so I received a…read morephone call and had to go back, he also gave me wrong information- while I was there earlier he was also going to help me with something on the computer and never came. I was there 3 times today for various things. However all that being said I have been here for passport renewals and a few other things. Everyone has been helpful and quick. The longest wait time was 10 minutes so I'm impressed. From the front staff to security and on back to the other staff very efficient job well done thank you!

There were at least 6 people in front of me........and I hate waiting in line........ the exception maybe for food....and the food better be excellent!! This location allows me to renew Health Card, Driver Licences, Vehicle Registrations.. I still remembered that time that I have to go to a Ministry of Health office in order to renew my Health Card!! To my surprise, the line was moving really fast!! The staffs at the counters are so efficient in handling all the transactions and I had everything done in 15 minute or so!!

The city workers are not plowing the snow on time and salting the sidewalks. Plus the bus driver's rude and ignorant. They never seem to help. In addition the bus service schedule is terrible it does not run late snd we as citizens are stranded and have to walk. I find the homelessness is affecting the area a lot and especially the mental health levels of other citizens. I literally want out of this area. Not much business either. Literally the whole municipality government of Peterborough should be embarrassed to call themselves professionals.
