Prices for cleaning and repairs have steadily increased over the past few years. I would prefer to support local businesses, but when you are not treated like a valued customer and to the point where you are being gouged we were faced to use a dry cleaner in another town which is far more reasonable.

The prices were astronomical, but I had no options at the time and left them. When I got them back, there were white streaks on the suits and when I complained, I was told to call and talk to the owner the next day. I called 7 times, left messages, never got to talk to the owner, I kept getting given the run around and never received a call back. Needless to say, I'll never be back.

Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I will definitely come here for all my future tailoring needs.

I asked the downer what happened he said he personally went to the place where they dey cleaned and watched as they distorted my shirt. I asked how can this happen, and being a long time customer I expected a resolution, instead the owner told me "I should be more careful when u wear my clothes and they only dry clean, not miracles"! this is the second time I have brought my item to this place. the first they did not clean it after a week and I had to rerurn to pick it up when I pointed this out to them on the spot. that time they did not destroy it. Aboud this place by All cost, you will be scammed to think you items have been cleaned and if it is cleaned it will be destroys and the owner will blame you for bringing in your items to be cleaned. this is Not a professional establishment and they have no recourse for their scams towards customers!!
