I can't stress this enough: Sylvia was extremely patient with us, especially as our home criteria frequently changed: from detached homes in Pickering and Ajax to condos in Toronto. She was quick to point out listings we might like, was incredibly quick to respond to our communication, and whenever we wanted to make an offer, Sylvia was there to give us the best advice in terms of what would be a fair bid not only to get the home, but also to make sure we weren't overpaying. During home tours, she was astute in pointing out details she liked or flaws that might be overlooked. When we found homes we liked, she made sure to accommodate our busy work schedules and came out with us on many Friday nights and weekends.
