Some dead greens that had been painted to look like they survived the heat (paint is cheaper than water I guess), multiple fairways that were burnt out and totally dead in large spots. it almost seemed like they were watering/maintaining the most trafficked areas only. It wasn't all bad though. there were a few greens in really good shape. The tee boxes weren't in pristine shape but most of the time there was at least some grass so you weren't standing on dirt. But my biggest complaint is how closely they stacked the tee times. We had a time for 10:15, we teed off at probably 10:20 because the group ahead of us (10:07) had to wait on the group ahead of them (10:00) which left the group behind us (10:22) waiting and the group behind them (10:30, you get the point) waiting as well. They could add an extra 4-5 minutes between times and charge $50 instead of $44 on the weekend, and they'd make about the same amount. I think on a weekday round in April this course would get a 3.5 or 4 from me. If we weren't waiting on every tee box and shot because the group ahead of us had to wait, and the grass wasn't so burnt from being dehydrated all summer, I'm sure it would be a nice course. The layout is a little funky in spots and could probably use a few minor tweaks but really my biggest complaint was the 4h 50m round. Fix that tee time spacing on the weekends and I would probably go back. But unless I'm the first one out at 7am I think I would rather find somewhere else.

Wonderful facility, friendly staff, and incredibly well-priced for the experience you get. The course challenges every club in your bag. The greens and fairways were in amazing shape. Some of the tee boxes on the back nine do need some love... GPS on the carts was a nice touch. If you're in the Louisville area, definitely worth the 30 minute drive.

This gym may not the state of the art equipment that an LA fitness would have. However, it has absolutely everything you need to get in an excellent workout. It's two stories. They have scheduled workout classes you can take. They have plenty of after school programs for the kiddos and an area for small children to play while there parents work out. They have Year round tennis and golf. During the summer they have a pool with an on duty life guard. Overall, I highly recommend if you live in the Meade County area.

There was a total of 5 of us playing. We each got our own bags and you can choose your color and print that available after you check in and pay. It's the same as cornhole rules but the board are step like a mini golf hole. We were doing pretty well some holes were harder than others the only thing there was only 12 holes and we were smushed together to stay by our group and hole we were playing. A couple behind us sped through and we were all in each other way. Some holes overlap with another so, you might get hit by a bag since it's next to the platform you throw at. Definitely needs to be spaced out more or let some groups wait a few minutes so they don't over lap or get in the way of another group. The kids had fun though!

Located just inside the entrance on Kenny rapier golf club House and an rv camp in the my old Kentucky home park. This playground once had swings with clown heads that's at on top of each swing. As of my most recent visit someone had removed the clown heads. So hopefully they will be re added for the nostalgia feel of this playground. There still is a slide with a scarecrow face that is pretty unique or creepy as some may describe it. The playground is active and has what I think is a fun and cool decor. The equipment is very old. Reminds me of the playgrounds of my youth with the metal slides. Overall interesting and fun little playground just off the outskirts of downtown bardstown Kentucky.
