Back in February 2019 one of Spacecrafts employees contacted me via telephone and offered to build…read morea website for my business they mentioned that they were huge downtown and they built P Terry's website The person mentioned what it costs and I thought it was reasonable so I agreed to have a meeting with them and oddly enough they were willing to come to my job site and talk over all they're selling points and get the ball rolling I was told that typically a five page website will be up and running within 30 days to six weeks That was not the case , in fact I think I counted almost 8 months of me paying for a website and still having to go back-and-forth with several different people within the company So I finally got fed up and short on time and decided not to go any farther with the company it seemed at every turn everything they asked me for became a big difficult problem, I took it as my business was not big enough for them after they got my card number So I moved on and decided to do some thing several months later on my own however I needed to gain access into my domain and was told by google I had to request it from space craft so I did, And the next thing you know I was not only locked out of my domain but the business email that I had linked to it both of which I had used for my business for the last decade The same domain that is plastered on my shirts, on my business cards and my work vehicle Now The very same domain I purchased through Go daddy in 2012 now points to a larger franchise Painting company, Mmm and everyone is telling me that it had to been released by me, Not True! Being that I was not nor am I intending to go out of business anytime soon, why would I do that? I'm just wondering if the offer of a competitors business card at my first meeting with spacecraft has something to do with all this? I believe the gentleman's name was Walter that said this much larger painting companies always looking for really good painters. I almost forgot the best part whoever took over the domain also enrolled me in to google pay per clicks and tallied up to $5700 in clicks which none of them benefited my company or me! Mmm Probably because it was pointing all the attention towards five star painting I truly hope that this company wasn't trying to squash out a small family owned business during a pandemic!

SpaceCraft worked with me through its Design Package and was incredible to work with. I was a little all over the place during my kick-off call with Bexi but she just "got" me, no problem. I absolutely LOVE the look and feel of my website and she was so great to work with and totally patient with me as I tended to be a few days late on my deadlines. Their prices are incredibly fair, they stay on top of deadlines and their templates are beautiful. Now that my site has been built, I've found making changes and managing the content to be a total breeze. Customer service is top notch, as well!!

Don't waste your time with them. They're extremely slow to produce small, simple orders. I had to…read moreemail and call after two and a half weeks of waiting for my order of two proof prints. They hadn't even touched my order at that point. When I finally picked up my order there was gunk all over one print and the guy was really rude about having to reprint and said it would be ready the next day. When I told them I had already waited almost three weeks for it and I'm pretty disappointed that I've got to come back the next day for it. He told me they had larger orders ahead of me and flat out, that my order was not a priority. I was stunned! Besides all of this terrible customer service, the prices are really high and I promise you can find better prices at other printers in Austin. The color quality is subpar as well. I won't be using this business again.
