In addition Cheryl, the owner, is so sweet and accommodating--it is a pleasure to give business to such a passionate, artistic entrepreneur. Since she does not have a storefront yet, she is delivering free of charge to customers in the area. It's a tiny shop, but they offer so many beautiful and tasty treats (my husband had a little drinking chocolate; my brother in law got a chocolate truffle filled with pistachio; I got some chocolate covered candied orange rind). The customer service was also wonderful. We chatted with them a bit about the chocolate truffle making classes they offer, and they told us they were celebrating their 20th year in business. Peanut Butter Buckeyes, bourbon truffles, chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate covered marshmallows, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate seasoned with Old Bay or cayenne pepper, chocolate covered nut bark, and so much more. Lucky me because I stumbled onto a great treat. Basically, it was a Dubai chocolate shaped like a peanut butter cup. So mad I only bought three! I'll be back for more of those. I also loved the pistachio bark. Everything in the store looks amazing and it's so cute. It was so clean I thought it had just opened, but it's been there over a year. Loved the slight heat the spicy mango gave, with the spice coming through right at the end of each bite. I thought the strawberry balsamic would be my least favorite, but it was so good. I liked how both had fruit pieces in them. I definitely plan to order more fudge from The Chocolatier's Palette in the near future.
