It's a small shop just a stone's throw from the Höhematte (the park in the center of Interlaken where paragliders land). Our group of four learned about chocolate making, sampled different chocolate ingredients and varieties, and then made our own custom chocolate bars, and we had a great time doing it. The workshop lasted about an hour, and the chocolate we made was ready for pickup, packaged in plastic sleeves and nicely bagged, ninety minutes later. Our workshop leader spoke fluent English and German (he was an American ex-pat studying in Switzerland) and the chocolate bars we made were sizable and became great souvenirs.

I also got a cute pink coffee cup and a tote bag because I picked up some chocolates and the paper bags were heavy they started ripping. The macaron flavors are the same for the whole country. The only difference for this location is that they can print "Lausanne" on your macaron for an extra 0.80CHF.
