Worth the winding roads!! This winery has it all--breathtaking views, a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and some truly amazing snacks. The beer pretzels and cheese are absolutely delicious--perfect for sharing (or not!). Grab a few friends, they have a stash of popular board game, ready for an afternoon of wine and friendly competition. And whatever you do, don't leave without trying the Summer Sangria--it's refreshing, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. Can't wait to come back!

Went to this because it is dog friendly. Had a great time and good lunch. We tried 10 different wines, loved one, and bought 3. The outstanding wine was the Sparkling Moscato - to get a discount for 6 bottles, we bought 4 (less than $18 a bottle after discount) of this! We bought the focaccia ($10) and a charcuterie tray ($20). My wife - who knows her breads - thought the focaccia was the best she's ever had (and that was before the wine!)!! The tray was quite good - see picture. We tried to eat a lot to lessen impairment but still ended up brining a lot back to the hotel. It was too cold for us to sit outside but I'd bet the view of Branson below is nice.

Fun winery! Not the fanciest winery but good wines, good food, beautiful view! Has limited seating and limited menu but the staff is very friendly and it's a great place to spend an afternoon. Live music was great.

Being from CA we are wine lovers and try to taste whenever we travel to. This was near where we were staying so we decided to give it a try. The view was the best part! The wines were nothing to really to write home about. The red wines were nothing enjoyable at all. The white wines were just ok. The ones we enjoyed the most and knew others we were traveling with would enjoy were the Rose and BlackBerry wines. We did our tasting and bought a few bottles to take with us.

We found this winery on yelp and definitely had to try it. This place is dog friendly which was a plus for us. They have flights available. Five wines for $10 or 10 wines for 18 which I thought was such a great deal. They have an indoor and outdoor area we decided to go outdoor to enjoy the view and sun. Along with our flights we ordered a bread basket which had this delicious oil infused for dipping and a cheese and sausage platter. Would highly recommend it they have this jalapeño pickled side which is so amazing. Here are the wines that we loved- Number six - Seyval - Which is a dried medium bodied Crisp acidity tropical fruits and citrus. Number 12 - Frontenac rose- which is a dry like Chris ground in dogwood tree vineyard. Number 14- 2016 Frontenac reserve which is dry red cherry a roll my hands of black currant.

Little guy loved the cheese tray.

Great wines, cheese and sausage tray, beautiful views on the deck and a surprise guest. Did I mention the wine tasting was FREE?

Great winery with beautiful entrance and outdoor patio. They had a band playing on a Saturday afternoon when we were there. The service was great. Great wine selection to pick from. They also allow you to bring food in from outside as they do not serve meals. We really enjoyed our visit.

Hidden gem in the Ozarks. We stumbled upon this place last year. We absolutely love it. It overlooks Branson and has stunning views on the deck. The service is outstanding and super friendly. Wine is amazing. The pretzels and beer cheese are delicious. Live music from 3-6 on Saturday featured a fantastic band (Jake and Casey). I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

    Cheers.

Ok I admit it I'm a wine snob but this is the best winery in Missouri. Don't get me wrong it not a California or Oregon wine to cellar for years. All their wines are definitely drink now. I highly recommend their Chardonnay I feel that it's the best wine on their menu. Their Rojave is a good red everyday table wine for about 20 dollars a bottle. The staff is super nice and inviting. The best seats are on the outside patio overlooking the city of Branson.

Amazing views, great wines for a great price (ESPECIALLY compared to the other wineries in town), with great local musicians who are entertaining to boot. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Upon first look we kinda thought of the Ozark Mafia might be using this as a front but upon entering the house you are immediately greeted with a warm welcome. 6 free tastings and then we chose our desired glass. My wife got the Mixed Blackberry Moscato. It was crisp, sweet and refreshing. Even though our day was cold and rainy this was still an excellent wine to sip on. Probably more of a summer wine though. I chose the Norton Port. This port was not on the tasting menu. Extremely impressed with the full glass of Port that I was served.

Nice back porch to sit out and enjoy tasting some of their wine with panoramic views. Not a traditional wine tasting but your choice of wine served in plastic cups. Water is available to cleanse your pallet between wines. Overall a nice way to spend some afternoon time with friends

Patio has a nice view. And dog friendly.

The pluses of the establishment is the staff was very nice and it had a very nice view behind it. The tasting of up to 6 wines is free so your really can't complaint too much. Well until you taste said wine. We sampled whites, roses and reds and didn't find any of them appealing. I felt obligated to buy a glass since it was a complimentary tasting although when I went to drink what I thought to be the wine I found most tolerable I couldn't drink more than a sip or two before I was done. To top it off as you arrive it's location it is set in the back of a trailer park or storage facility of some type so you don't really get much of an elegant winery feel. :( sorry not good.

We have been to wine tastings all over the U.S., including Napa, California....and Charlie is one of the MOST knowledgeable about her companies wine selection, grape types, foods to eat with the various wines and overall wine industry insight. Her service is friendly, yet impeccable. We were there during the week and it was a slow day....but, she and her co-worker treated us with great attention and helpfulness. St. James Winery needs to make sure they keep ahold of this employee....because, she is a HUGE asset to their business. St. James wines are varied and delicious!!! I wonder if they ship to Texas??????? Definitely, one of our highlights while visiting Branson.

It took 25 minutes to get some water. After getting passed by the people who kept coming in. Our desire to have a drink or food was gone and we were ready to leave. We got placed on hold again just to check out but the other guests walked in and got serviced right away. It's sad we stood at the register for very long time and she never came to tend to us. We had to leave the money at the register and walk out, my family was NOT a priority! It is very sad that we were treated the way we were. Max- was great. Very knowledgeable of all his wines and very interactive. Max took his time getting to know us and what we like and what we didn't like. We appreciate his help and insight for the wine tasting but the service from the waitress was awful and disrespectful!

I selected about 5 - 6 wines and while they were o.k., but nothing stood out for me. The staff was very helpful and provided additional suggestions, both reds and whites, and allowed me to taste almost all of their wines, but nothing worked for me. All of the whites were too sweet, and the reds weren't bold enough. They have all of their wines available for sale inside, and I loved the look and feel of this winery. I wished I found a glass of wine that I enjoyed so I could have purchased a bottle. Side note, be careful where you park, the lot is on a steep hill, and I had some trouble getting out of my space.
