Then driving into work I could hear my tire didn't sound right. I pulled in and they helped me immediately despite being busy other cars. They checked my air pressure in all tires and added air to the one with a slow leak. It was enough to hold the tire off until I got it properly taken care of ie nail removal and patch then new tires. Tldr; Dealer tried to screw me over, Precision actually cost themselves money to get my car fixed…read moreright. My 2018 Camry was having intermittent electrical issues, so I took it to Lou Fusz, where I had purchased it. A couple hundred dollars worth of "diagnostic work" lead them to recommend $2000 worth of replacement parts, fluids and labor, none of which addressed any electrical issues. After that nightmare, I called Precision Import Auto, and, over the phone, they not only had a theory for what was going wrong, they actually recommended that I take my car somewhere else because they didn't have the equipment to deal with that specific part, rather than have me come in and charge me for diagnostics when they knew there was a good chance they wouldn't be able to fix it.
