An adjuster came quickly to check it and said, informally, it was a problem with the construction (cardboard against wood). Worldwide (Manager Tim) contacted the manufacturer and, even with supplied videos of the squeaks, said the warranty would not cover. Worldwide said the onus was on the manufacturer and, as they refused to fix the issue, they could do nothing from their end. Its really unfortunate Worldwide won't stand behind their product quality (or lack thereof) and help those customers who paid good money for badly constructed furniture.
