Instead of explaining nicely that everyone had to fill out the card or that he just needed a name, he said something like "I don't care, you need to fill out a card or you can't go in" Cecil - if you ever read this, you should stay in the back office and have ZERO customer interaction. We just paid a lot of money for a Classics' house and will not put up being treated like trespassers. Please let the professionals like Frances and Cindy handling the customers. You are probably used to treating Classics employees like crap and therefore should not be allowed to interact with the public.
