If you meet Amanda and she offers to help you, it's your lucky day. I don't usually write reviews, but Amanda has been super amazing in my home buying process that I feel I owe her one. She is not the first agent I've talked to. Her knowledge, attention to details, and responsiveness impress me and convince me that she is the agent I need. She is not your usual agent as she had experience in remodeling houses and is very knowledgeable on construction, materials, and all those house-related stuff. She goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect by being very critical and probing every aspects of the house. Every time I tell her about a property I potentially like, she will personally scout it and tell me all the little details about the property and the neighborhood that I wouldn't even notice or thought about. Amanda ensures that I buy the house that I actually like. More often than not, she tells me a lot of negative aspects about the house, making me aware of what I am getting and think carefully about my purchase. She helps me win the offer by actively following up with the seller agent and analyze the sellers wants. The listing price was almost at my budget limit. But she crafted the offer strategically that even though my offer did not have the highest price among all offers, I won it regardless. I'm pretty sure her professionalism and responsiveness must have impressed the seller agent as well. Even after our offer was accepted, Amanda thoroughly reviewed all the documents and critically raises questions to the sellers. Amanda kept going back to the house and make sure that even the smallest things are perfect. She aggressively follows up with the sellers to fix things I wouldn't even notice. It seems to me all her time was spent to answer my questions and taking care of my needs. But surprisingly she has more clients. That makes me wonder if she gets any sleep at all. We've had great pleasure working with Amanda for our single-family home purchase in the Bay Area. Being first time home-buyers, we knew little about Bay Area real-estate, and the nuances to focus on.
