(I actually didn't have a single question of the lawyer at closing b/c Jennifir had explained everything to me so well.) I interviewed several agents and used this Weichert agent because she was listed in the Washingtonian as one of the top 100. The agent provided no guidance on pricing my home, basically left it up to me, once the home was on the market she had minimal contact with me and failed to return calls, when I texted or emailed she would say that she would call later and did not, she complained about her other clients when we did communicate (which makes me wonder what she was saying about me), she remove my listing after I received one low offer within 24 hours of reducing my price, eliminating the opportunity to receive additional offers. In full disclosure, the reduction was my action, not hers but she did not provide any professional advice on the price change. After stating multiple times that I would out of the country on the settlement date, two days before settlement she asked if I would be at the closing, after I had already signed the settlement documents earlier in the week. She never even communicated that the closing had actually taken place, even though I was not present. I actually had to reach out to her and ask! I have bought/sold six houses and this was by far the worst service I have ever received. Overall service was poor, full of drama with every communication (from another client being threatened with a gun to her daughter's Louis Vitton handbag being stolen). As the client I was never her priority. Worst $60,000+ I ever spent.
