I…read moretalked to some guy named Josh who claims he has some company that charges a monthly fee for web services. I mistakenly gave this guy my credit card. They started charging my credit card but never delivered on the services they promised. Then they cut me off from communicating to them but STILL ARE CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD!!! This company is a complete and total scam. Why? Well once they got my credit card they then they wanted all my personal information on my website. All login info, credentials, etc. After this I began trying to email them for questions on what I needed to do. It took about a week to hear back for them only to "schedule" a phone call with them to discuss my account. Then once this "schedule" of my phone call to the company was made, I began receiving changed dates on my "scheduled" phone call. The times kept changing and went I sent them an email they said that, (yes this is true) they were having technical problems with their Google Account. Wait a minute, isn't this a tech company that deals with Google? So they call me when I did not make the appointment because Josh, the owner apparently does not know enough about tech to adjust their Google message system. Then, finally when I complain, they send me an email saying they don't want to work with me any more because I complained about their services. Then, they kept charging my credit card, month, after month, after month. They refuse to give me my money back and claim that everything is my fault because I felt that they treated me unfairly by stealing from my credit card. This company needs to be investigated thoroughly and brought do a halt. Do not give them your credit card information or credentials. They are dishonest and disreputable.
