Good company and fairly priced. I appreciated their honesty about what platforms made sense for my product and what didn't, no hard up-sell. Everyone is really professional and my assigned team was especially creative at creating posts even though very little strategic planning was done beforehand. I also received plenty of attention when it came to purchasing ads but found the charges for these ads were never clearly communicated up front. I would find multiple Facebook ad charges on my credit card with no point of reference. I would have appreciated an invoice itemizing each charge and a description. Biggest complaint, no monthly report on paper or email as to how your campaigns are performing. Sure, they will send you a snapshot of your analytics but no analysis. It was difficult to understand why things were working or why they weren't. read more
