Thick cut fries were great. Waited a while for service acknowledgement so I could request ketchup- ketchup was not for me, but maybe someone else would consider it gourmet - it tasted like it had Indian curry powder mixed into it or something. After having my plate cleared and requesting my check, I did wait longer then I would have liked. But, they do accept American Express, which is nice.
