Stephanie Fowler Shaklee will gladly share with you her weight struggles in the past and how she has shifted her mentality and approach to fitness as a result! She even has a blog you can follow if interested (iamcoachfowler.com). The gym provides regular bootcamps, 6 days a week, that last about 45 minutes. Their program is designed to use body weight exercises, explosive cardio, and metabolic resistance training to help enhance your fitness. You're guaranteed to leave there with a good arse-kicking! You can sign up for the classes individually or enroll in a monthly membership. Since I don't live in Oklahoma, I just pay the drop-in fee of $10 each time and it's totally worth it! All you need to bring with you is a set of weights (most folks start with 5lbs), your water bottle, and a towel to wipe off if you "glisten" like I do! :) If you're interested in joining a gym where you actually feel like family, this is the one.
