We had a garden window that wasn't sealed properly and they ripped it out and replaced it with a slider that looks beautiful. To fix it , I said no way it's under warranty you have to fix it, after that it all began with the lies to get out of repairing it by saying he went out of business when I told him he was a liar he said he was going through a bad divorce and he was filing for chapter 11 all of these lies to get out of doing what he promised to fix and the worst of it I had someone call to get a price for a driveway and they said when would like it done, how's that for someone who is out of business. So check this out before you hire him. He is not a man of his word. He has not responded to the BBB or myself to repair the situation.

After numerous conversations, over about 8 weeks, I couldn't get a commitment from Kevin. Every time I was told they would try for something, they failed. Kevin will promise to be there, get you a date, try to get to you, etc, and then just nothing. If the owner conducts business like this, I can only imagine how his crew would behave. I ended up changing the details to eliminate the stamped concrete and I formed and poured the walls I needed, just so the job could get done. IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE ON TIME CALL SOMEONE ELSE! Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par.
