The information they gave me throughout the process was inconsistent, contradictory, and sometimes just flat out incorrect, which influenced how much money I thought I would come away from this with for months-- which, after my accident, is an amount of money I was planning future recovery plans and medical bills with since I now have chronic pain and permanent scarring. When I tried to call to have my concerns about all of this addressed, I was practically blamed for wanting more information and wanting correct information, and the person I was on the phone with tried to gaslight me into thinking I was being dramatic for being upset ("well I'm looking at your chat log right now and it seems like..."); the phone call ended with none of my concerns being addressed, and I was more frustrated with the firm than before I called. Lastly, the entire firm seems disorganized to a fault-- from waiting 10 to 15 minutes for phone calls they scheduled to being forgotten entirely to forgetting paperwork, information, and communication, my experience with the firm added much more anxiety, stress, and pain to the nightmare that was being run over. I find this handling of the situation dishonest and deeply unprofessional. Ending representation for financial reasons is one thing; misrepresenting the reason in writing is another.
