Bob Aldi is neither, he is however, the best inspector I have had the pleasure to work with in my 25+ career. I have read many reviews not just about Bob, but a wide variety. I'm always amazed when a business is reviewed based on price. Now I understand about not paying for expensive goods and services when it's not needed, but this in not one of those instances. The cost of Bob, his experience, tools and time far outweighs the "cheap" guy. I often use the following: Price...... Service...... Quality...... Pick TWO! If you want a low price then you sacrifice Quality and Service. If you want high quality and fast service, well then you have to pay a fair price. Bob's prices are more than fair, in fact they more than justify the cost of doing business with him. He attention to detail, knowledge and experience, and quality of his report and the time he takes to do a thorough job more than pays for itself in the cost savings down the road for not being fully informed on what you are buying or selling. They came out did the insp told everyone there everything looks good ill get the report in asap. 2 weeks no calls no paperwork. todayi called MDIA and he said he cant do it. again he never called me nor did the electrician. So i have had to hire another inspector to do the job . money spent out of pocket to get ignored and lied to. i was told the report was faxed in 3 weeks ago by the elctrician NOPE!!!! nothing he was also paid to finisheh the job and has done nothing not even a courtesy phone call by either one the inspector told his company he called and spoke directly to me LMAO there was never a call !!!!!!!!!!! shows u how honest theses people are. I want a refund Either refund the money paid or do the damn job u were paid for. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OFTHEM !!!!!!!!! when u call the electrician he ignores ur calls and doesnt ever return them. maybe they need to be on the same page as far as there stories go. I want the job done a refund because now i have to wait for yet another inspector pushing it another 2 weeks and i have to be out of here next week. NOT FAIR and very Unprofessional business practices if i dont receive a fair settlement on this maybe a nice lawsuit will be needed.
