Another huge thing for us is that we bought a losing system to help get a heavy fishing kayak up on my SUV, they have a guy help us to try it out to make sure my husband is comfortable doing it and if he isn't they would let us return it..we love that they really care and not just here to make another dollar!

I called to inquire about some repairs & service for our 2 bikes bought here new, just like the previous 2 bikes. Once I got there, I was told that they couldn't keep bikes there for repairs; I had to take them back. They usually take at least or 4 days for services, sometimes longer. Had I been told this when I called to explain problem, it wouldn't have been an issue. But I'm leaving the country for a. few days. I had loaded-up and driven from 4 towns away. They should have told me, when I called, that they "couldn't keep" the bikes. I was stuck; but, luckily our Son who lives in the area said he'd pick the bikes up. The attitudes of the workers are abysmal; like anti-customer service. I won't be back. There is a much nicer bike shop a couple blocks down Johnston street. Your choice. Rick. .

Originally ordered a driver by Mizuno for a birthday - which was shipped out and lost by USPS. After 4-5 calls back and forth, Tanner addressed my order issues and reached out to Mizuno directly to order a new club and expedite it for me (this was going on 9-10 days later from the original order). Turns out the older model driver was no longer made, so he ordered me the 2023 model (newer tech, why not!) The club just arrived today. Between Lauren and Tanner, a lot of effort was made to satisfy their customer. Even though the package was a little late, they got it out as soon as they could. Inside this is a first class store with a lot of nice long guns, hand guns, accessories, ammunition and knives. I was blown away when I walked in and the service here is helpful, friendly and quick. They do FFL transfers for all of a whopping $20.00 which is as good as it gets. They do sell suppressors and other high end items and can walk you through that permitting process. If your interested in a firearm for home protection, want to upgrade your current inventory or just need some ammo or accessories for your firearms, this place should be high up on your list to stop in and visit.
