Yesterday was my first time trying Liquid Aesthetics and boy did it not disappoint! Kristin booked my appointment for me, and she was friendly and helpful on the phone when I spoke with her. I personally booked my appointment with Wojtek (pronounced Voy-tek) because I was referred by a friend who specifically sees him, but I see by other reviewers that Kristin is excellent as well. Wojtek was a dream to work with. He answered any and all questions I had about Botox versus Dysport, as well as assessed my lips and gave me suggestions for a potential lip filler appointment. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless, and I am already loving the results. had an absolutely flawless experience with Kristen. I hadn't had a Dysport treatment in years, but she did a fabulous job making sure my face was smooth but maintained expression. I had a follow up two weeks later, in which she offered a touch up of an area of my forehead that seemed particularly strong, thus requiring a bit more Dysport. When I asked what I owed, she replied "nothing!"...the touch up was free, just to make sure I was perfectly happy with my result. I highly recommend Kristen to anyone who wants to be rid of wrinkles without having a totally frozen face. She makes the whole thing feel like a fabulous spa experience being done by your girlfriend --we blabbed like we'd known each other forever. I was referred by a very close friend who has been receiving various treatments from Kristin, the co-owner of Liquid Aesthetics. Over the last decade I developed highly animated frown lines and crows feet. The frown lines were so pronounced that they caused deep lines in my forehead even when making a relaxed facial expression. I thought that I would probably need both Dysport AND filler injections to fill in the permanent creases! After accessing my situation, she recommend a conservative approach of just Dysport rather than prematurely starting the use of fillers (or trying to up-sell $$ me). I have since had 4 treatments and the results have been significant and did not create a "fake look." Her conservative approach to treatment was spot-on as the permanent creases have almost disappeared due to the relaxing of the muscle--my wife even makes jokes that she's now married to a younger man! I've gotten Botox twice and loving the results! The staff is professional and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable.
