No help at all except to buy a new one. Ended up going to another place and bought a SMOK. This will be my 2nd one (my other was dropped and never turned back on) SMOK is a great brand.

It was my first time in a new shop as I never steer away from my local hub, but I was in a pinch and I needed juice for the long drive home. I walked into the shop and had to wait about 10-15 minutes before I was assisted. For the record there was only one gentleman working and there were about three customers in line. When it came time to take my order, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable with his menu. I asked a couple questions and he recommended the switchberry juice which he claimed was his most popular. I gave it a shot in 4 mg of nic and only paid about eight dollars for the small bottle and went on my merry way. I was very impressed with the flavor of the juice as well as the consistency of the mixture. As far as I know the juice is made on site as your order. That is something I haven't experienced before but i thought was very neat. I would recommend this Vape shop to anyone! Thanks for the juice recommendation. The guy (I should really learn his name by now) who seems to always be there is super chill and always has an upbeat attitude and is really nice and down to earth so you always have a good experience going in. He also always kicks me down some discounts or throws something in which is really cool and going above and beyond what he has to. One time he even gave me some water bottles for me and my pup 'cause it was such a hot day. I also want to reiterate what a completely opposite experience you'd have at Yo Mama's so save yourself that nightmare and just come here instead! My wife walked in to buy a product that was listed at one price online, but ended up being charged significantly more in-store. On top of that, they added tax even though she paid cash and even left a tip, which didn't sit right with us. The worst part was the customer service. I went back in within 3 minutes to return the product, and they flat-out refused. The short girl manager was extremely dismissive, with a bad attitude and zero professionalism. No effort to help, no explanation--just rude and unhelpful. To make things worse, the exact same product is $20 cheaper at Flavors right up the street. Save yourself the hassle and go there instead.

There is an employee here--an older woman with kinky/curly hair and it's currently purple--and she's the downright worst. terrible customer service! went to return a 510 thread pen battery because it didn't work after…read morepurchase, but had already gotten a new one at a different shop, when i asked for a refund they told me i needed a receipt. when i went in for purchase the man who sold me that pen battery said i didn't need a receipt. the other worker said the pen battery was working fine and it just needed to be charged. i informed it was fully charged, pulled out a cartridge to use and showed him it wasn't working. he started shouting at me to calm down and that they dont give refunds.
