My food arrived on time, intact, and still hot which is not always the case with other delivery services. In addition, I received a side order of TLC at no extra charge. I was home sick with the flu and the RB offered to go to the pharmacy and bring me chicken soup if I needed it. He also sent me a follow up text hoping that I get well soon. Wanted to place order for pick up but the restaurant's website took us to PFT. The owner of PFT said the prices they set on our order is correct that the restaurant has the wrong prices and I need to contact them instead. Not so. The restaurant's prices were correct on their website which also matched the restaurant's attached receipt. After reviewing the itemized receipt from PFT, we found that they increase the prices to their benefit to offset using their website even for pickups. Delivery, perhaps. Pickups, highway robbery. If you're doing a pickup order CALL directly to the establishment or be charged 30% more just by going through PFT.
