I have used the Road Butler a few times since I moved out here and I have had nothing but positive experiences. He is readily available, prompt, efficient, and offers different payment options to enhance the convenience of this service. Above all else, his warm and jovial personality is what makes each encounter special. I rarely remember to write Yelp reviews, but after today, I was determined to share my experience. My food arrived on time, intact, and still hot which is not always the case with other delivery services. In addition, I received a side order of TLC at no extra charge. I was home sick with the flu and the RB offered to go to the pharmacy and bring me chicken soup if I needed it. He also sent me a follow up text hoping that I get well soon. Mark is awesome. Super friendly, helpful and quick to reply to calls and texts. We ordered lunch for 15 people that we wanted delivered to our office. Gave him a call and he picked up and delivered to us under an hour. Also made a second trip back to bring us a copy of the receipt that the restaurant forgot to include. Honestly such a awesome experience! I had my choice of whatever restaurant and Mark was so sweet and informative about EVERY question I had about placing my order. Although it was a busy night Mark let me know what was going on and kept me updated. He didn't have much time but he made it work and got my meal to me! I called Mark the Road Butler on the recommendation of a friend, on an evening we wanted to order in without driving across town to the restaurant to pick up. Mark answered the phone right away, explained that he could deliver within the hour (he had two orders ahead of me), and could even pay in advance (and settle up with me afterward) if the restaurant would not allow payment ahead of pick up. I don't know how he did it, but it was a little more than an hour between that first phone conversation and delivery of our meal, and throughout the process, Mark was nothing but polite, professional, and responsive. He texted me when he was on his way with the food and had no problem finding the house. Food delivery service is definitely a growing market, and while you may think that $13 is a lot to pay, with gas, drive time, whatever is going on at home, and the fact that we're not paying built-in price increases at the restaurant for "free" delivery, I didn't think it was expensive at all. That the entire process was as hassle free as possible made it seem downright reasonable. And if you have a small group ordering, you can split the fee between a few people to reduce the per-person cost substantially. Oh, and he takes credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Easy is the key word here. I will definitely be calling the Road Butler again, happy to be able to support another excellent local business. read more

If ur lazy as fuck or just want something and can't pick it up... this incredibly well mannered accommodating and friendly guy will pick up anything you order and bring it straight to your door! If you don't mind paying for the service (you cheap skates out there know what I'm talking about) you will be seriously impressed! A real butler feeling! Mark goes not only to Petaluma restaurants, but also pharmacy, cleaners etc. He accepts cash, debit and credit cards. We found Mark to be professional, easy going and timely. I have never used this service before but I have dealt with the service as I work in a restaurant. It's nice that this service is available to people who don't feel like leaving the comfort of their homes, but it's super frustrating when the delivery guy shows up 10 minutes earlier than what we had told the customers. Not only that, the delivery guy gets annoyed at us because he is behind schedule. It's not our fault that you choose to show up early! read more

Mark is amazing!!!!! Called on a very busy Friday night and he communicated well on how Road Butler works and gave an accurate time estimation. Customer Service is a 10/10. This is the best option if you want ANYTHING in petaluma but are stuck at home for whatever reason. I had a difficult time getting in touch with Mark through this site. I finally contacted him through the number listed here but by that time he was too stacked up apparently to help. This was early in the day, around opening time of this "business". He was very friendly, just not of any help.
