READ READ READ SNAKE SCAM COMPANY. DON'T GIVE YOUR CARD NUMBER TO THIS COMPANY. This company behind closed doors is the complete opposite of what they advertise. Lie, cheat, and steal your way to the top is the mantra at liquid lawn. My name is Joshua Bridgman and I worked at liquid lawn as a sales representative and eventually worked myself up to a leadership/management role as office manager within liquid lawn. Many of you may know me and I might have set you up for lawn service. I'm going to break down why you should not support and give your hard earned money to this shady business and Rick Wallace. 1. Rick Wallace screws his fellow Americans and community. They are not locally operated. The owner of Liquid Lawn, Rick Wallace outsources all the businesses customer service and sales needs overseas to freelancers through a platform called upwork. When you call in for an issue with your lawn as a client of theirs or maybe you are interested in signing up for lawn care you will be handled by someone half way across the world. Someone whose feet have never even touched turf grass... When you call in they are trained to tell you they are local if asked, they are definitely not. You have to talk to 3-5 people to get a temporary bandaid on your issue but never fully resolved due to incompetence.You will experience calls and text messages non stop and to the point it's predatory. Even existing clients already signed up for lawn care.... They will call you nonstop to upsell you on additional services. Are you comfortable giving your credit card info over the phone to someone in India, Pakistan or some other country? None of the sales and customer service reps have been background checked FYI. This is in direct conflict with how he advertises. He frequently posts videos and advertising about being locally owned and keyword OPERATED and AMERICAN. This is how he can fly around in a helicopter and plane on American workers backs taking jobs away from job hungry members of the community. He is trading American jobs that he would have to pay someone $15 to $20 dollars an hour plus commission and much more to do. Instead he pays $5 an hour to someone across the world and profits the savings. 2. Predatory pricing, advertising, and no notice of service price increase. Liquid lawn does 9 lawn treatments over the course of 12 months . It used to be 7 just a couple years ago, billed per treatment. Then it went to 8 per 12 months and then 9, and as of the beginning of this year, you would receive 9 treatments a year and pay 12 monthly payments. This was by design from Rick to increase revenue not to better service or provide customers more quality. Rick Wallace formats and words advertising so that it is cryptic and misleading. "6 treatments for the price of one". This is worded to be attention grabbing but at the end of the day is dishonest and a scam. Rick goes into the software liquid lawn uses to keep client data and bill clients called service auto pilot and pulls a group of clients at random and increases their treatment price by 10 to 20 percent at random, with no notice. As per Rick Wallace's words "we don't need to notify of a price increase, if they see an increase on their bill and don't like it, they will call in and we can deal with it then". They will debit your credit card without permission for amounts you did not agree upon. 3. Products applied and the lie of organic lawn treatment. We were instructed by Rick Wallace when a client who has concerns about safety and the products being applied to their lawns to state that the products are 100% organic. Google Atrazine it's not organic it's actually cancer causing and is a reproductive toxin.Atrazine is the pre-emergent they use to prevent weeds from growing. This is just one product Liquid Lawn uses that your lied to about. ----Bottom line if you value honesty and proper ethics of a business in your community, I would cancel your service and find another lawn company, there are many more morally disgusting and unethical things this business is doing. read more

Horrible! You killed my grass! Despite frequent service calls the crab grass took my yard over! Hires new person and he had me discontinue law suit considerations and now he isn't even with them anymore! Disorganized. Owner has no business understanding or follow through. Expensive! Left another company whose customer service was horrible and within 2-3 treatments absolutely beautiful lawn!!!

We've used Liquid Lawn for almost 5 yrs and have been very happy with the results. The rep that worked our yard the first year or 2 was great. He took extra time to explain what he was doing. Unfortunately, he's since left, but the service is still good. Their prices may be a bit higher than some other services, but we think it's worth it. read more

My yard looks fantastic because of Liquid Lawn. They always let me know when they're coming in advance and give me a report and recommendation right after completion. It also helps me from having to cut the grass so much because of the weed control from them. read more

I have weeds in my yard that have lived thru three treatments. I keep reporting them to Liquid Lawn. They said they are dying just give it time. I've had the same weeds for nearly two months and thru three treatments and they keep getting bigger and more lush. I emailed Liquid Lawn again and they just come back out and charge me another $145 and the weeds still aren't dead or even wilting. My neighbor treats his lawn himself and his lawn looks twice as good as mine. I sent them pictures of both lawns and LL just says his yard has come out off dormancy earlier than mine. I am very displeased with the results and LL is not honoring their guarantees. read more

Extremely disappointed in this service. When I signed up, the salesman assured me I would be notified in advance of the treatments by email and text. I received neither notification. The technician came to my home today and treated my lawn and only AFTER the treatment did he knock on my door. I had all intentions of skipping this treatment, but was unable to as I was not notified in advance (as I was promised.) When I called into the office, the representative advised they no longer knock on doors prior to treatments because of "Covid." Waiting for my bill as I'm sure their automated billing system will work just fine whereas their appointment notification system failed. read more

They overcharged me for my first weed control treatment, mistakes happen. Told the manager that I was overcharged, they put a credit on my account. I admit I saw a slight improvement in the grass after a week. I was told it would take a couple months before I'd be weed free, but after 6 months my lawn was back to being worse than when I first started. They send a monthly report after each treatment, and they're completely bogus: "no issues noticed". How about all the weeds?! Wrote to the company and complained, no response. Canceled the service and asked for my account credit that's owed to me ($40), and the manager says the invoice was cleared out and there's zero balance. My neighbors use "Weed Man", and I recommend you do the same. Their lawns look great, they pay less, and they don't get scammed. read more

I noticed how nice other lawns in the neighborhood looked that were using Liquid Lawn and decided to give it a try. The team at Liquid Lawn has improved my lawn in only a couple of months. I can't wait to see it in the spring. Previously used a different company who wasn't getting rid of the weeds and the lawn was getting worse instead of better.
