Not sure who would say this play has great prices. $40 for a 120 ml house juice?! NO THANKS. Maybe if you're some casual vaper but if you've been vaping for years and/or all day vape. Then you should know better than to go here. I have yet to find a good vape shop in oklahoma so i will be buying my juice from my old vape shop online and getting way better deals on better juices till then. I was needing a better vape then the disposable ones from the gas station and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they were extremely helpful, let us try different flavors and even gave us a discount because it was my girlfriends birthday. We walked out happy and with knowledge of how to make the coils last as long as possible. I wish I could rate it lower. They sold me a bad vape and wouldn't accept a return because "I didn't have a receipt" so, whatever, I bought another one. Then the new one also broke in the exact same way and I kept the receipt but they STILL refused to return it and they even told me it "wasn't their problem" and "it was the manufacturers fault." If you want to buy juice or something then okay but if you want to buy anything of actual value go somewhere else because they will not take care of you. read more

I walked into this store with a meager knowledge of vaping, aside from my simple little vape pen from the convenient store. Quickly greeted by a staff member, he then patiently proceeded to explain every product and part I asked about. His honesty and easygoing demeanor was refreshing. I say honesty because I was naively eyeballing a pricey model that would have been overwhelming for me, and he explained that and showed me another one that was indeed a better fit for me, though about $30 cheaper. He could have let me buy the expensive one that wasn't for me, just to make more money as many would do -- it was evident this wasn't a man merely trying to make a quick sale and send me out the door. Wide variety of premium and store-made flavored juices, lot of interesting mods and designs. The prices were fair as well. I walked out of the store knowing all I needed about my new mod kit and juices, the care for them, and how to make it all last the longest. The Liquid Vapor Lounge is the best store in Oklahoma. The staff is trustworthy, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and very down-to-earth. I would recommend this store to anyone, whether a newbie to vaping like myself or a connoisseur. I hate going in vape shops for the first time because of how many I've been in that just suck. The alternative though is ordering juice online with no idea what it tastes like. So I took a chance on Liquid based on the reviews on Yelp. I start testing out different flavors and nothing is really doing it for me so I'm thinking, "Man, I've been sitting here testing flavors and now I'm going to walk out without buying anything, I always feel bad about that. " About that time one of the guys working starts up a conversation (Sales 101, but so many people don't) about what flavors he likes and what I like. Turns out there was some overlap so I'm inclined to trust his judgement. He lays out 3 flavors for me, one I know and like, one is by a company I know and like and one (Booster) I've never heard of. Ohh wow! Great stuff. Sold, happy customer. I really wish I could remember his name because he deserves credit. Talk to your customer, get a feel for what the want, offer it to them. That's all it takes. And this is coming from a guy that got banned from sales competitions with a former employer because it wasn't fair to everyone else. As for the shop as a whole, well laid out, no haze, prices comparable to online shops, knowlegable staff, nice selection and again, great customer service. read more

I really can't say enough good things about liquid vapor lounge. The selection and service is beyond impressive. The owner is extremely personable and has helped with repairs, questions and recommendations. He knows his products inside and out and has an amazing staff. These guys are leagues above any other vape shop I've ever been to. I refuse to shop anywhere else and recommend all my fellow vapers to shop here. I am more than happy to drive by 3 shops and go out of my way to spend my $ here! They're always sure to tell me about their happy hour or deals and save me money. During the last holiday season the owner gave me great deals and even a free bottle! So I got a Mivape from them a couple days ago which was everyone's favorite in the store...that day..so I give it a few days to try it. The pod kept leaking and I tried the other pod and it leaked as well. So I bring it in to exchange it for something else. Now I totally would have have exchanged it and paid the difference but no. And today, everyone was smoking another device and THAT one was their favorite one today. This place is so deceiving. At least give me my money back or let me exchange it. They just said I could try another pod replacement or buy a new unit. No help whatsoever and their customer service is shit unless you go in there every day and vape and become chums with them. The reason I decided to leave the house and come straight to this place was because of the reviews!!! The reviews are correct!!! Wonderful place!!! The guy that helped me was soooo very helpful!!! I tried asking about something that was pretty expensive and he was like, "I think this device would be better for you" It was only 25.00!!! The fact that he didn't try to sale me things I didn't need, was a big deal to me!!! I don't have any complaints at all. The only thing is, once I left, I wasn't really liking the particular menthol flavor I got. So I am just going to go back tomorrow when I am out and about and get a different menthol. I held off visiting Liquid Vapor Lounge for quite awhile despite the pulsing radio ads and driving past their business weekly. I was hesitant to get involved with visiting another shop who most likely carried or didn't carry what I was looking for. I constantly am battling to find 80/20 juice in flavors I like but don't burn out my taste buds. I like complexity in flavors like blueberry maple pecan, which is crazy in and of itself. I suppose in reality it relates back to my palate with food too. However I finally broke down in the last week of August and waltz in. Technically I did not Fred Astaire my way in but the visual ques are pretty rad I must say. I walked in and saw all the juice surrounding the back wall and was immediately in awe. I frequent the OKC Vapes store in Edmond, and Liquid had them beat in selection of coils, juice and mods.I refuse to upgrade my shabby Tobeco Super Mini, which is impossible to find coils for, but Liquid had them AND even had the TC nickel coils that are akin to rare blue diamonds. I kid, that may or may not be true. I mentioned to Craig, the owner, that I had been using Aspire Triton coils because i could not find the Tobeco coils and I was more likely to find the TC in the Aspire brand. However my search for temperature control coils was slim at the time. I also told him I couldn't use Tobeco because I felt the coil length was off and possibly the Aspire branded ones had gapped the space to be able to use the original Tobeco coils. A look of understanding and then baffling content came accross my face when Craig said, while taking both coils out for concept presentation, that it was impossible to gap the threads. He showed me that you may need to adjust the connection by using non-metal hemostats to apply pressure through the air holes to make sure the coil registered in the tank to the battery and any compatible brand would work. MIND BLOWN. It wasn't making a connection? I had twisted the tank into my poor battery so hard it was leaving an indention in the battery connector because I thought the tank was going out and no longer registering the coil from the brand who makes my tank- jeez. Knowledge is power! I also mentioned I like funky flavors and could they enlighten me on what was currently being vaped in their own setup. I ended up with a golden grahams-esque flavor and a marshmallow butterscotch tobacco flavor(that's just what I taste, probably not everyone else based on the look on Craig's face when I lamented it might get better as it steeps but I wanted it anyway. ). It blew me away that they had a ridiculous array of flavors just waiting to be tapped. Everyone should visit Liquid at least once and see how it makes you feel. I have visited shops in MWC, Yukon, OKC, Edmond and Norman trying to find a place where I feel like the employees do their job, aren't high, care enough to suggest modifications, compatibility assistance, listen when you say strawberries aren't your thing even though you are female. They can actually have in-stock merchandise that you need! It seems like such a small thing to have coils in stock but trust me, if it comes down to having your equipment working and being able to vape, all the bad customer service you get elsewhere isn't necessary to have to deal with. I don't have to see "Steven" at Blah & Blah just because I need a pack of coils and his attitude for not having an RDA seems to insinuate I have no idea what I'm doing. So many shop employees want to sell a new mod, I get it, it IS your job but I just want juice, coils, maybe a wrap, or even just to ask if there are other drip tips compatible with my tank. I like my setup and Craig understands that. I will come back when I decide to upgrade because he isn't pushy and listens to my concerns. These guys are amazing! I drive an hour a couple times a month to get supplies. Liquid is mixed fresh in front of you, they know what to set you uo with if your new! And if you have a problem like i did, i bought a battery buttom stuck when i took it back they didnt have that one in stock ao they replaced it with one that normally cost $15 more.
