I have been a customer of Vapor Garage for almost a year. I have to say that their selection of products is fantastic. Lots of options for e-liquids. Makes it hard to choose sometimes. They have a number of complete starter kits and parts/accessories. Very important that you can always get coils or pods. I really want to give a shout out to their staff. Have been here several times and have always had a good experience, however today I bout a new vape, once I left the store literally in the parking lot realized that the new vape was not compatible with my battery. I went back in to exchange for one that was compatible with my current batteries and was informed by the staff that the did not do exchanges. I would normally understand had there been more then 5 mins between purchasing the item and coming back in. I will never shop here again and I caution anyone from shopping at a place that treats its customers in this way! read more

Don't buy your device here- they sell counterfeit products and won't accept refunds. My girlfriend bought a Novo 2 here, it didn't feel as high-quality as her last one- the plastic bends and has the wrong labels on it. We used the SMOK app to check its authenticity and it couldn't verify the code in the box. We went back to the store today for the sales clerk to say he couldn't do anything for her. He said they've had issues in the past with other counterfeits issues with the Voopoo devices. read more
