I've taken a few days to submit my review on AZ Shed Movers because I have some mixed feelings…read more First, the receptionist, Lucy, is very sweet and does her best. However, the owner Kyron Koehn appears to be so busy as to be totally unresponsive. He doesn't even seem to get back to his own receptionist, yet he apparently is the only one who can analyze the job and decide on a price quote. I reached out to them on Oct. 28, 2024 and it took until Nov. 13th to finally get a quote. At that point they scheduled me (for an additional expedited fee of $200) for Nov. 20th between 8-11am....They never showed up and never called....When I finally spoke to Lucy, she had to call her boss to find out what happened. Apparently, the truck they were going to bring was in the shop! Lucy was as frustrated as me, but rescheduled me for Dec. 3rd. Now...Brent showed up on time and did an absolutely AMAZING job. He was really nice and even though the job was challenging, he thought through every movement and blew my mind with his skills with the tools he used. The job was to lift my 10x10 Tuff shed up about 6 inches and move it about 20 feet and turn it 90 degrees. But it was TIGHT! I was super impressed. It took about 1.5 hours, but well worth it. In the end I was not charged the extra $200 fee (duh). The bottom line is that this is the only company I was able to find in AZ that was able and willing to do this job. In other words, they seem to be "the only game in town". That said, I highly recommend them, but only if you have a lot of time before you need the job done. And you need to put your Patience Hat on! That's why they lost one star from me, but I would hire them again.

Found this company after looking around and got discouraged that we weren't going to get what we…read morewanted. They went over all the options and even helped us get the customizations that we wanted. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! After talking with them I found out the main guy even knew my dad from contracting with Kitchel. It's crazy how small the world is sometimes but that just gave us the extra reassurance that we would be taken care of. We tell all our friends about what great work they do and will keep them in mind for any future projects! I'm currently trying to convince my husband our mastiff needs her own house!

I have a lot of tools in the garage and it was forced open so anyone can help themselves. I told them my situation and they came same day to help me late in the day. They were very inexpensive as well! I'm a contractor so I know what they should have charged me! (LOL) I will definitely do business again. They left a sticker over my garage door button and I've kept it there so I don't forget them. These guys saved me so I am very grateful!

When I paid to store my items , I was told that they regularly sprayed to prevent issues like this. Due to how excessive the infestation was I had to call an exterminator. My exterminator said that had they been regularly spraying, then my unit would not have been infested. I was told that I wouldn't even need the highest insurance because they stay on top of spraying for pests. They lied. Instead of owning up to the role that they played they chose to throw the contract in my face. The manager Rebecca was a piece of work. She showed no empathy whatsoever and became upset. My family and I lost all of our belongings and she had the audacity to get angry because I was rightfully upset. Had they been honest about not regularly spraying , then I would not have stored my items there. My family and I have to replace everything and they don't even care. I have never had an experience like this with any other storage unit and I would definitely recommend that if you're looking to store your items here...DONT .. Look somewhere else. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Had they chose to handle this in a better way , then I would not have had to go this route. They put my family's safety at risk because they chose to cut corners. Now I have all of these pests to deal with in my brand new home. We are in Arizona and you think that that is smart?! That is something that you should have disclosed when I asked if y'all sprayed regularly. I was lied to and my belongings were destroyed. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and how you are handling a situation that you caused. I had to have an exterminator come out and spray everything and then I had to pay to have my belongings picked up and taken to the dump. You can't just be careless with taking care of the units the units that contain someone's belongings. I have so many witnesses. Every box contained brown recluse spiders that could have harmed my family and you do not care. My brand new bed set was eaten up by termites along with many other items. My items were at your establishment for three months and I paid just to have to throw my things away. It's funny how you had our threads removed because you didn't want us posting all of our proof. We literally called and emailed you. Your manager Rebecca was so rude and hung up on us multiple times. My fiancé literally sent the email after I received the email address from you. The worst part is that you allowed the things that we took care of to get destroyed . You then refused to even let our insurance cover it. The kicker though is that you told us our things would be fine and you lied.You tried to block us and keep us from commenting ,but I'm going to let you know this. We are going to fight with everything we got. We have the support of our family ,friends, media etc. your company was beyond wrong. You will lose more money in the long run because I will let everyone know about the kind of business you run. I will make it my mission to have my review at the very top every day. We were told by the exterminators that it was highly unlikely that our unit was regulary sprayed , due to the excessiveamount of pests in our belongings. my fiancé and I rented a unit and we were told that we didn't need high insurance because they "take care of their units well". They said that they would protect our belongings so We had a low $3,000 Insurance protection on our unit. The unit was clean when we moved our things in. Everything was pack neatly and there was No food or chemicals stored in the unit. We had our unit for three months before we removed our belongings. We had movers deliver our belongings. It wasn't much light outside when they packed everything in the truck so it wasn't until our things were delivered to our brand new house where it was well lit that we saw all the pests crawling out of our belongings. Our dressers and bed sets were infested with termites and the rest of our belongings was infested with of Brown Recluse Spiders and two mice. They didn't spray the outside of the units for pests like they said and we lost over $5,000 worth of items plus our child's toys and items because of the brown recluse spiders. One bite from a brown recluse spider could've killed my child. Response to owner: The fact that you have the audacity to lie perplexes me.
