I was upset, and afraid bc my rent payment got eaten up by the unexpected $200 payment. as I tried to apologize for my part of the difficult conversation, Katie was EXTREMELY passive aggressive, and then she hung up on me! I was trying to take accountability for MY part in getting upset and letting it get worse with the shoddy customer service skills. Wow. (Which wouldn't have happened if people knew how to LISTEN to a customer when they are upset. Interrupting them and being rude only escalates a frustrated, scared person.) Zero compassion. And zero accountability on their parts. Katie actually used my sincere apology against me to make me feel belittled AS she hung up on me. SMH. I wouldn't kept coming to MW, but now they've lost my business forever.

Called the next business day to cancel was told all sales are final. They say they do a 10 year warranty and they replace mattresses if defective within that time frame. Fine print says that the warranty is through manufacturer. I feel like I can get just as good as mattresses some where else for half the price. VERY small selection to choose from. If they agree to cancel my order in writing I will remove this review.

Dishonest. I found them on KSL and ultimately purchased a couch and loveseat. I waited a week for…read moredelivery and they didn't show up. They gave a lame excuse about confusing the order with someone else and not loading the furniture on the delivery truck. A week later and the couches were delivered. Last night I was browsing KSL and saw that they have the same set of couches advertised twice with 2 different prices. I was charged the higher price so I called the store for a refund of the difference (roughly $150). The guy was rude, unprofessional, and had no interest honoring the lower price. He actually hung up on me and the conversation wasn't heated. The delivery issue was one thing but being charged a higher price is just dishonest. This place doesn't deserve your business. Definitely look elsewhere.

Even the bed sheets on the bed testers were clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing and with no sales pressure. Besides their mattress and pillows they sell bed linens and the popular Bearaby Weighted Blankets.

I came in wanting to exchange my 200 dollar pillow for a different one witch had a 30 night sleep trial on. The people there were very nice and accommodating but they were completely out of stock for the pillow we wanted to exchange for. They said that they can order it in for us it will be in in a week. Witch is fine except their system won't let them do a direct swap over so they refund the first pillow and make us re purchase the second one. It takes 5 days to refund the money to us. So in the end we walked out of there with no pillow and out 400 dollars until next week! This was extremely frustrating because we are having to accommodate for a massive company I hope they learn to fix this or have better customer service. Again the people up front were very kind and we're just doing their job. I do not appreciate giving the company 400 dollars while I wait for them to decide when to refund me and send me my 200 pillow.
