This has gone far beyond a normal furniture delay. I have been given multiple promised delivery dates and delivery windows, and each one has come and gone without Wallaroo's delivering the couch. At this point, the pattern is clear: Wallaroo's has repeatedly failed to meet its own representations and has left me waiting for approximately seven months for a product I ordered in good faith. Their customer support has been extremely poor. Instead of providing direct, accountable communication, they funnel customers through text-based support and make it unnecessarily difficult to reach an actual person by phone. Customers should not have to chase a business for basic information about an order that is already many months overdue. What makes this especially frustrating is the complete lack of urgency or ownership. Wallaroo's has had more than enough time to either deliver the couch, provide a firm and accurate delivery date, or proactively resolve the situation. Instead, I have been left with missed promises, vague communication, and no couch. In my experience, Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattress has failed on the most basic parts of the customer transaction: deliver the product, communicate honestly, and provide support when something goes wrong. I would strongly caution other customers before ordering from this company, especially if they care about timely delivery, reliable communication, or being able to speak with someone who can actually resolve a problem. Does it compare to furniture like Amish made, no but you pay for what you get. $200 table will be durable for $200 worth vs you spend $700 table will last longer. That being said, some items are priced way better than comparative stores like popular stores. I love coming to the cafeteria for a quick bite as well. Those that complain about IKEA lacking service are probably sheltered. Cafeteria establishments don't offer service. They offer food at a cheap value pricing. Want better Service go to a 4 star restaurant. I'll keep coming back. Love strolling thru the massive warehouse. Love buying things that only IKEA offers (Swedish meatballs and chocolates), and I love eating their no service cafeteria food.
