Unfortunately I think they were rushing things a bit as our crusts were under done and soggy. Despite a less than stellar first experience, I think I'd give them a second shot. I felt bad for the server as you can clearly see that the shift supervisor/manager was just micro managing the servers and we were sitting right next to the open drink/kitchen area and could over hear what was going on. Food was good for the most part besides the rye toast for a party member which came burnt and late. A bit of a turnoff was when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, only to find that that the hand soap dispenser was completely dried out. For a small town with not many options available, this is not a bad stop at all. Keep an eye on the hours of operation as they vary by the day of week.

Got talking with one of the brewers who had just gotten off his shift and was really impressed with how quickly the whole scene welcomed me into the conversation. This place does energy right. Whatever they're doing, keep it up! The cheese bread was awesome. The Pils I had totally hit the spot on a super hot day. And if there was any reason extra needed, the staff are all incredibly bright and personable. They seem to get along really well and communicate about how to keep everything moving. And it needs to be said, everyone that works behind the counter is gorgeous so look forward to that too! Good hiring, good training, good product, good management, great operation overall.
